I was a first time customer at this particular restaurant. I wanted to stop in since I was able to walk a little better since my surgery. I stopped by before and the young man stated that they did not have enough employees to do curbside when I called. That was understandable. Today I went in, the cashier was simi-nice but I could tell she wasn't happy. Called this location to ask a question regarding curbside pickup, as I had two small children sleeping in the car! And I really didn’t want to wake them. Kenny answered the phone. He was so patient and helpful. He offered to have an employee run the food to the car so I didn’t have to get out and wake the kids. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and was so kind. I really think telepathy is in play here. My order is usually done before I finish and pay for it. The Unwich is the best prepared, not a sandwich, sandwich I've ever had. The care they take with wrapping it is on point.
