The owner is amazing, understands coffee like you can get in New York. All the food is hand baked, the pistachio biscotti perfectly traditional tastes amazing! If you park per google address, walk up to the doors #5000 and walk through the building corridor, you’ll come out into the courtyard which is delightful, quiet, peaceful and shaded sunny under the gorgeous trees with outdoor tables. “The staff here makes this place top notch in my book. We had an honest mistake with our order (Chipotle chicken rather than cheesesteak). They went above and beyond to correct it, letting us keep the wrong item, making the proper item, AND returning the purchase price of that item! All this while dealing with a major maintenance issue in their building. They can count on us to be regular customers from this point forward for sure!“
“I go here occasionally and always had a great experience with the staff. Food was always prepared to the proper spec as expected and tested good. It's not 5 star food but a solid 4 star for a sub shop is great in my book. They have a better taste profile to me than their competitor named after subterranean electric trains so I prefer going here.“
“Called this location to ask a question regarding curbside pickup, as I had two small children sleeping in the car! And I really didn’t want to wake them. Kenny answered the phone. He was so patient and helpful. He offered to have an employee run the food to the car so I didn’t have to get out and wake the kids. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and was so kind. This location is not closest to my home but I will continue visiting this location due to this positive experience. I should add. The food was great and fresh.“

“Worker named Maury had a nice conversation with me even while cooking my sandwich. Expectations were low going in, but I was honestly impressed. Old School was grilled perfectly.Kid-friendliness: Worker was quite friendly to other families and kept them engaged.“
“Best Subway in the area. Interior is clean and organized. Only one woman was working behind the counter at lunch time, but she was quick, efficient and very friendly. Sandwich was the average, Subway standard. I noticed that she pulled a piece of lettuce out of my sandwich that looked a bit off, so thank you for paying attention to detail while making my food! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to coupons. They will accept coupons, but not the BOGO ones sent in the mail.“
“Parents wanted subs. Mom got the # 13 Italian and Dad got number 66. Used a coupon at this location for buy two giant subs get one for $2.99.Service was awesome. Clerk/chef was very hospitable. Pricier than I thought because I USED THE WRONG COUPON. ????“
“Here's my first time coming to two this particular firehouse subs. I was there with my wife and my daughter for her to do a college visit. The owner or at least I will assume was the owner was very hospitable and respectful. The sandwiches were made to order very fresh and look like they belonged on a commercial. If my daughter decides to go to college there, I will most definitely make this a stop each time.“

She is a great asset to this location. Also the new remodel looks great. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.“
“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. Just the right amount and combination of ingredients. So fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Can’t wait to try their other food and baked goods. We will definitely be back.“
