“My family and I discovered this spot on a Google search for nearby subs. We were looking for a place to eat before heading over to a water park. It's small with 3 tables for 2 so not a whole lot of room. The staff were very friendly and offered us samples of the gumbo while we looked over the menu. I tried the special if the day, which was a burger and potato wedges. The kids had chili, gumbo, meatball subs, and an Italian sub. Everything hit the spot for a quick find.“

“Came in, a younger kid named Cody took my order. I came in to buy just a 6inch and left with 3 more items!
His customer service is beyond amazing.
Cody honestly makes you feel at home when you come to this location, I won’t be going to any other subway only this location from now on as long as Cody’s behind the counter!!

“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. Just the right amount and combination of ingredients. So fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Can’t wait to try their other food and baked goods. We will definitely be back.“

“Great sub shop highly recommend as a sub coniseur. Very clean location. Centrally located and the subs are pretty meaty compared to some of the other sub shops I have been too around southern Florida. Veggies tasted fresh and the meat u could tell has not been sitting out for hours drying out.. lots of different drinks and chips to choose from.“

“Phenomenal. So good. If we lived in Palm Beach, we would be regulars. Some of the best breakfast food we’ve ever had. It is harder to find but call in and they’ll help you find it no problem. It’s in the courtyard at the center of the building.

Kid-friendliness: We had our 6 and 2 year old daughters with us. They loved looking in the pond and searching for lizards while we waited for our food.“

“After a long day at work I stumbled across a hidden gem with friendly, quick service, and great food! I ordered the stuffed burger, it was big and delicious! The meat was fresh and hot off the grill with melted cheese, grilled onions, and combination of sauce which made for great flavor! One of the best I’ve found in the area! “I used to go to Russo's when they were in west palm near the court house. I went to the one on military a few weeks ago and still have not been disappointed. Still the same Russo sub that I used to get. I love their subs and bread. I never got a drive thru person with an attitude. Everyone is always friendly to me. I go at least once a week. “Excellent customer service! Stopped in while waiting for my car to be serviced and ordered a tuna sub with some fries. The cashier was no nonsense but very nice when I said I didn't know what I wanted. She quickly helped me narrow it down and I took her suggestion to try the tuna.
I barely had time to sit down before she was delivering my piping hot fries and fresh sub. "We don't mess around!" She says!
The sub bread was fresh and soft and the tuna was yummy.

“This is the best Subway in the metro area. Every customer is welcomed with sincere warmth, and Mona and her son always take great care with every detail of every order. I ordered a foot long sub and the preparation by Africa was perfect. He wasn't even close. He got it spot on. He spread my choices evenly throughout the sub to ensure a consistent taste while eating in its entirety. Add to that when I grabbed the chips he checked the bag, discovered a hole, and told me to get another because they might be stale. It's the subtle things that separate a four and a five star for me. “Jon Smith Subs has been delicious since the 90s. We came in for a Saturday lunch, easy ordering, a woman fired up the grill, made our 3 subs fresh, and a sweet man brought them to our table. The subs were perfectly made, delicious, & hot. Thanks for an easy lunch.

Lots of meat and cheese with a fair price, unlike the nearby national chain that gives you a few slices of paper thin product and double that if you pay extra for it. No thanks. She's the cashier, she's quality assurance (because both times I've been the cooks got EVERYONE'S ORDER WRONG even though she put in everyone's order correct). She is an amazing employee and truly the only reason we've been back.“

My oldest daughter was beyond happy to find out she was going to be able to order something off menu, that turned out to be delicious and no one got annoyed when she altered it a little not a single eye roll or sigh. They have no become my daughters favorite place in the mall and the man who was helping the woman helping us was nice, but the real champ was the beautiful girl running the store, I was told she is a manager which is impressive given her age, but after dealing with her I am not at all surprised. And she has created a lifelong customer in my daughter. Like I said first time her being vegetarian wasn't looked at and sneered or laughed at.
