Hands downs the best sub shop in FLORIDA!
This is a hidden Gem. Located in the warehouse park next to I-95. Do not be fooled by the warehouse building its clean and fantastic food served by REAL PEEPS!! No Corporate BULL here😊

Went here for lunch after the morning at the beach. Got the Italian, chicken parm sub, and grilled cheese. All of the sandwiches were fantastic. Ingredients were fresh and the bread was delicious. Place is mostly takeout. Only 3 small tables on the inside.
Excellent fresh food. Building is tired but the ladies working there are super nice and food was excellent!!! Definitely recommended!
