The Philly cheesesteaks and hoagies have the authentic smell and taste of Philly hoagies and cheesesteaks; however, it's vegan style. 💚💚💚 The Italian hoagie is my favorite. The smell when I unwrap the hoagie brings back memories of my junior high school days when I ordered Italian hoagies for lunch just about every day 😅. My favorite dessert are the chocolate chip cookies. I can't just eat one, I must have five 😅. As I'm on my vegan lifestyle journey, I appreciate Dina's Vegan Deli & Desserts for giving me a true vegan deli with the best foods and desserts, and when I want my weekly fix of a Philly hoagie. 👏🏾💚”

“Finally I can eat a lot and not feel bad about it! My order was ready super fast, the lady at the counter was so friendly and informative when helping me decide on what to get. I was starving when I walked in and my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach because when the bowl came out it was huge. I didn’t know how to start because it was so pretty, but I’d say just start in the middle! Then when I got to the bottom total flavor completion. Can’t wait to come back. Not to mention they had a juice promotion so I got that too. Wow. Soooo good. You gotta go!”

I had a business dinner and we enjoyed the burrata, aguachile, scotch eggs and oysters. Our entrees was ribeye and wahoo. Dessert was the panna cotta and chocolate ganache. Perfect spot for waterfront dining.”

The owner was just as solid… super welcoming, good energy, the kind of place you actually want to support. They sell pizza by the slice, prices are very reasonable, and you get real quality for what you pay. Definitely coming back. “We stopped here for lunch on Thursday, June 25, 2026 to look around on our way to Brevard county because I used to live in Singer Island and had not been there for 22 years (had to move out after damages caused by hurricane Jeanne in 2004 and wanted to see what the island was like now).

Our server was Christian and he was amazing! It was just his second day there and he did a great job. He was very friendly and very professional. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager (Dru) so that we could let him know how great Christian was. Dru was very pleasant and professional himself and we had a nice conversation.

My wife had the shrimpburger with tator tots. It was excellent and the tator tots were not the traditional type (much better). I had the Grand Bahama Fish sandwich with fries and it was excellent as well.

Keep up the good work! If we lived here we would be regulars.”

Atipicos Food is a small, casual spot with a clean atmosphere and a kitchen that punches well above its weight. We stopped in because we wanted to try something new, and was genuinely blown away by what came out of that kitchen.

Pro: The Venezuelan Cachapa was delicious; melt-in-your-mouth satisfying. The steak in it was perfectly seasoned and tender. The Cuban Sandwich was phenomenal! Slow-roasted meat, perfectly balanced flavors in every bite, and bread that delivers on the crunch. I've had a lot of Cuban sandwiches over the years, and this one is not even close; this one was the best I've ever had! The quality was so good that I made a point to personally tell the chef. The value matches the quality, which makes it even better.

Con: Absolutely nothing. This place earns every star.

Tip: Don't be surprised if your order takes a little longer than what you'd expect. This is a small team, only two workers when I arrived, but the amount of care they put into the food will make it worth the wait.”

“This place was absolutely fun! We came for sunday brunch and i kust say we had a great time. If you're uptight, this place is not for you, but if you're looking to have a great time with your friends, then this place is for you. The food (or what I ordered) was mediocre. I had the fried snapper with rice and black beans (the entire dish could use a bit more seasoning). However, the loaded nachos were good, and the drinks were definitely on point. I'll definitely be returning.”
