Not sure why its says 3.7 star location when the service is great ,clean and respectful

One of the friendliest fast food restaurants I've been to. Watching the manager clean places you normally dont see cleaned made it more comfortable to eat there. Tavias or Tabias was the name I think. Good job to him, because it's start at the top to make the difference.
