Looks like my first review didn't get posted so I will just say that I was super impressed with the customer service today at Jimmy John's on Oeechobee Blvd. Between them making a great sub and knowing that there are people in the business world that still care...I left knowing all was well and I give a shout out for Desmond Williams and the great job he is doing as a manager.
I went in to Jimmy John's for tuna sub today and was so blessed by the man taking my order. ......He was truly what customer service should be all about....It really is a deal breaker as to whether people feel like they want to go back to a place or not when someone has the power to put a smile on your face. In my mind I thought...well he won't last long because he is way too nice and polite and they definitely won't let him get away with giving God the praise......only to find...read full review
