A great sub place all around. Nice inside decor, good and speedy service and food, and the manager was very nice and was clearly a hard worker with good values.

I ordered on door dash. I use DoorDash every day so I know how it works. Order took over an hour to arrive. I called the store they said it was delivered.someone took it I have a ring camera so I told them it wasn’t. The driver claims she took it she DID NOT

This is poor display of customer service. I know you cater to many nearby hospitals as we have ordered on multiple times to the units… The way this nurse was treated was very. Distasteful and makes your company look bad for hiring such incompetent people to deal with the customer. This video made it to me and I am going to make it available for all to see how healthcare professionals are treated at your establishment on Okechobee Blvd. these workers need to be fired immediately. This lady in the video did not seem hostile but yet was treated with the utmost disrespect. I’ll keep this posted as well until there is some resolve here. And imagine paying these people an increased salary for poor customer service. Ridiculous
