Fast service and good was fresh
Went through drivethrough. Tea was unusually and extremely watered down. No flavor. I parked my car while they made a new one. Gabi was managing and brought it herself. She went out of her way to ensure I was happy. Good customer service is rare these days but Gabi was great!
The younger workers at this location are often very rude, short-tempered, and overall disrespectful to customers. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue and not just an isolated experience. The problem doesn't appear to stop with frontline employees, though. Management also seems to tolerate or fail to address this behavior, which suggests that additional training and accountability are needed at every level.
