So first let me start off by saying the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when this one particular manager isn’t there the food, service and atmosphere seems to be so much better, the manager I’m speaking on is a short, Hispanic, sassy guy, but when he is there EVERYTHING is off! The order, the service, the atmosphere, & the drive through experience period. On 3/8/23 I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my kid, when we opened the box we got a blob of TARTER SAUCE! Yea you read it right! I was furious! This had to have been done on purpose. When I went back to confront the manager the unserious chuckles I got from him and his staff were horrible, they thought it was funny and all he could say was “ I’m sorry, the person before you ordered that” EXCUSE ME! He did nothing to help reassure me that it was an honest accident, he only refunded me because I told him to, I asked for his name and corporates number and he would not give it to me! I decided to pray about it, because he seemed spiteful. But I will NEVER forget that day. Now fast forward tonight, same thing, I ordered a happy meal and once I saw he was the manager on duty, I knew I wasn’t going to be happy, his energy brings everything down. Once I saw him laughing it up with his crew, lallygagging I knew my order was going to be messed with. And sure enough the apple slices were hot and flimsy , fries were soggy, and service was trash. This needs to be addressed! Maybe if he wasn’t focused on being besties with the staff they all could focus on what they’re serving the people. I know McDonald’s usually forgets things in the bag, but serving someone TARTER SAUCE , after the person I paid with did not say I would be getting served TARTER SAUCE! is out of pocket! I’m only giving it 2 stars because when he’s NOT there I never have a problem. Please address, RESPECTFULLY !

From the clear yellow M we all know mcd. Today I had the misfortune to enter the clown dungeon. Greeted by a short Hispanic descendant lady, the line was short but flowed very long with the wait of over 10 mins for two orders. With two digital screens we are all still waiting for our orders to the point that dine in customers rather get there food to go. This establishment is a reflection of the local community being more residents over 50 still inside. With the workers constantly moving cleaning windows and tables, I’m still waiting for an order that the front employee has no clue about. She worked searching for my mobile order. After a 15 mins wait and a brief conversation with the locals I get my order. With the poor signal and language barrier with the staff I found this trip to be so extra I should had just order delivery.

Whoever is speaking on the window is rude. Clearly has a problem with anyone who is not speaking in a souther like accent cause literally any Latino that went through the menu she would scream at the top of her lungs I don’t understand anything you are saying but wouldn’t allow one to speak. I don’t know how many times I repeated myself cristal clear. Ironically I’m from here so idk what her problem is but the way she treated the 2 cars in front of me and myself is uncalled for. Should reconsider re training your employees to be more efficient at doing their job without being disrespectful and rude.

The manager is rude!! The happy meal had no toy. She wanted to refund me the money but I don’t want and she didn't give me options to resolve. I request a strawberry banana smoothie but is WHITE!!! It had no taste.

As far as a "McDonald's experience" it was good. It's fast food, obviously. It was not gourmet or fancy, but for late night drive thru it was fast, hot food, that is consistent and open. Everything we had was as expected. Quater Pounders with cheese, fries, and accurate, friendly service.
