The two ladies at the drive thru went above and beyond with their customer service. We drive the extra miles to go to this Wendy’s although we have one close by. We know the customer service will always be on point when we come here.
Best customer service ever! I forgot the name of the staff member at the drive thru but she was very positive and happy to work!The order was correct and food tasted amazing!
Ordered via drive-thru. The person taking the order was not the best. First problem was their screen wasnt working or if it was you cant see it.. so you dont know if they got you order right. Then the unprofessional attitude of the whole ordering she did say welcome to wendys and that was it. I then said hello and she said hello welcome to wendys again.. then silence so i guess i am suppose to knkw if tshe is ready to take an order.. so i ordered the Aisago chicken mea she didnt...read full review

The $1 menu burgers are also not recommended due to their "terrible buns" that are "dry and fall apart."
