Good food, clean store, gave me what I asked for with no issue.
I ordered to pick-up from here. The food and items were ready and done well. The order/communication screen at this location is broken and they didn't have a record of my order so I had to drive up and show them the receipt on my phone. It wasn't a big deal, but definitely not how things should be done. This location is located right off a main road so convenient for someone wanting a quick bite to eat. I can't say anything about the inside area.
No good customer service, from the staff upfront no desire to be there serving people. I don’t understand why these fast food restaurants keep employing people with this type of attitude. If they need people that will be able and willing to deal with the public politely. Never coming back here.

The $5 big bag with a double stack and four nuggets and fries is a popular choice, with the french fries being described as "definitely much better than I used to be absolutely delicious nice and hot." However, the service and quality can be inconsistent, with the staff being "hit or miss" and the fries sometimes being "sub-par" or "not hot or soggy." The queso fries are also a letdown, resembling "old melted cheddar rather than what you expect as queso." The $1 menu burgers are also not recommended due to their "terrible buns" that are "dry and fall apart." On the positive side, the spicy chicken sandwich is a standout, praised for its perfectly seasoned and flavorful patty, complemented by fresh lettuce, tomato, and mayo, all between a soft bun. The friendly staff and convenient drive-thru option also contribute to a satisfactory dining experience at Wendy's.
