I really think telepathy is in play here. My order is usually done before I finish and pay for it. The Unwich is the best prepared, not a sandwich, sandwich I've ever had. The care they take with wrapping it is on point.

Jimmy John’s is just not all that anymore. Not when subway is stepping up their game and jersey mikes is becoming more popular. This location is one of the worst Jimmy John’s locations.

I ordered 12 sandwiches for an office lunch. They literally came with just meat and nothing else. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayo. Just dry sandwiches for $11 each.

I go to this Jimmy John's on the time. Use their website to places orders, never had a problem. Yesterday I tried ordering through their website as usual, well the order didn't go through, yet my card was charged $18.24. So I tried again thinking it was just an error and the charge would fall off. So it charged $18.24 on my card again, yet the order didn't go through. So now I have two charges is $18.24, so $36.48, so I call the store. They assure me the charges will fall off and to just place the order over the phone and CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN!! So now that's THREE CHARGES OF $18.24 just to get TWO LITTLE JOHN SANDWICHES!! James, the so-called manager who assured me that the charges would fall off in minutes, got back in the phone with me today and told me that it's MY BANK HOLDING THE FUNDS when in fact it's JIMMY JOHN's! I will post the charges!! So they are residing to refund me my money. I have talked to JAMES twice now. He puts it off in "his owner" and this owner said it's not Their fault it's my bank??!! LIKE WHAT?!!! It was your website and your charges!!! I already spoke to my bank yesterday because I didn't trust James, and I was right to not trust him, MY BANK assured me they are not holding on to any funds that the charges are in Jimmy John's~ so now THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME ADND REFUSING TO HELP ME RESOLVE THEIR ERROR! This is not on me or my bank! And the way they are not even caring that I'm out Almost $40 because their website was malfunctioning?!!! Like I truly do not understand this business model and I will assure you I will get my money back one way or the other. And I will absolutely be in touch with the Better Business Bureau. This is terrible to treat people this way and to not take responsibility and find a solution for you're error!! I paid over $54 for 2 little John sandwiches and I can't even get them to care and help me fix this! They are literally blaming my bank! GO TO JERSEY MIKE's it's in the next plaza and I have never been treated anything but happy I'm there and they have never stolen from me and then tried to blame it on my banking institution. And now I have the owner calling and texting me harassing me on my personal cell phone number instead of resolving this situation like I have never in my life dealt with on a business owner that has ever treated a customer like this because of their error like I showed everyone that screenshot this is not me making it off and he's literally calling and texting me and blowing me up harassing me like I'm about to call the police

I was a first time customer at this particular restaurant. I wanted to stop in since I was able to walk a little better since my surgery. I stopped by before and the young man stated that they did not have enough employees to do curbside when I called. That was understandable. Today I went in, the cashier was simi-nice but I could tell she wasn't happy. The sandwich making young woman got annoyed when I asked the cashier to ask her to change her gloves because I didn't eat meat. She was filling up condiments in the sandwich making area. She rolled her eyes at us and said "I aint getting ready to make her sandwich." I felt slapped and shook it off. I waited on my sandwiches got my drink and the young man that gave me my sandwiches was nice, but I know he felt how hard the bread was. But gave them to me anyway. I got home (40 min. drive) opened up my sandwich and could not bite into it. Tried the other one, same difference. The bread was incredibly hard. I will continue to eat Jimmy John's because I am fond of the menu, but just not this one. Marketing + Quality+Customer Service is key to success.???
