The food was amazing, the place is nice, the service was horrible. You can look back at my reviews, I do not post negative. Unfortunately, this took away from the experience. Had a disappointing experience at the North lake , PBG location and hope management makes it right. I ordered a takeout order online. One of the items was raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel must have been hot when they added the cream cheese because when I opened my order, it was a soupy mess….so much so that I couldn’t eat it. Not too impressed with their bagels. The Asiago cheese was excellent, but the cinnamon raisin had no cinnamon flavor at all. The Everything bagel was just mediocre.
