“I come to this Starbucks all the time because I work right next door. I love this location - the staff are always super nice. It usually busy here but that is to be expected because it's on a busy corner off Dixie Highway. Today was special though. I was having a really bad morning, stressed at work and even cried a bit from stress. I came in to take a quick break & get my favorite drink: Iced Double Berry Matcha. Garret the supervisor (I hope I got his name right) took my order and I see him here a lot & he is always nice. Today though he was extra amazing. I vented a bit about my morning and he was just sooo nice and empathetic. Even though they were short staffed that morning and doing their best with the amount of online orders they had - he acted like I was the only person there and I will not forget this. There was another young man who saw me waiting and went to look for my order to help me asap. Garret started making my drink though so that young man could continue with the online orders. There was some extra matcha drink that he blended for my order and gave me that in a little cup and told me he hoped my day got better. I rarely see customer service like that and I so appreciated how he turned my day around. And it's not just him. I saw another customer who picked up their online order and last minute and wanted cold foam. I saw a girl named Carla (who was as sweet as can be) assist her and added cold foam to her drink with a smile. So, for the reviews that are upset about it being busy here - it's a busy location! But that does not affect the amazing wonderful people that work here. I really appreciate this location and I hope Starbucks recognizes the amazing team they have here.“

“The staff is welcoming and they 99% get all my orders right! The only time they didn’t, it’s literally because they were packed and I understood, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it🫠 Carlin got my orders this morning, I love seeing her, she has pretty eyes😊 and she is always welcoming and helpful! There are 2 other girls (one that has cool makeup and the other one remember my orders 😂) that I like a loooootttt💃🏽 but I don’t know their names! But if they read my review, I want you guys to know that I like that store location because of you all. They are quick, professional and helpful!🤭 and they chat with me sometimes while waiting for my order. I don’t have friends and my life is pretty complicated, so that makes my day when they talk to me cause they make me smile.“

“They were super helpful!! Especially after I asked for a complimentary water from the mri room and they said “ we have Starbucks” So I decided to get a pink drink and they also gave me complimentary water and ice. Now that’s what you call Customer Service!!!“

“Typical airport Starbucks. The staff seemed nice but very rushed trying to get through large crowds. I ordered a cappuccino (delicious) and a blueberry muffin (damp and sticky on the outside but dry on the inside) and only waited about 3 minutes. I would visit again when at PBI.“

“For the past two mornings I have had to use the Starbucks at Palm Beach Atlantic University. My usual location has not had my favorite orders. Yesterday & today a very pleasant, extremely kind & very professional young woman whose name is Red prepared my mobile order. She is amazing. Her positive energy was incredible. Red has made my day twice now & got my morning off to a great start. I would suggest to anyone, If you want just a coffee go to any Starbucks, if you want a great experience go to this Starbucks & hopefully Red will be there.“

“5/29/26–For our ultra-early flight back to New England from West Palm Beach — which, I guess, soon will be renamed DJT Airport — anyway, I digress.
JetBlue could not think of having a nice flight around 10 a.m. Nope. We had to wake up so early that homemade coffee was not even an option. That right there is a small tragedy.
After the hustle and bustle of dropping the car at Enterprise and surviving the not-so-fun security checkpoint, at least we did not have to take our shoes off. Praise the Lord for small mercies, because I am wearing sneakers with no socks. I thought I had left a pair out for today, but apparently, my morning brain made other plans. So here I am: sneakers, no socks, and a dream.
Now I am standing at the only Starbucks in this wing, with a huge line, because apparently everyone else also had a coffee emergency. But at least four employees are making coffee, so there is hope in the land.
And here I am again, wondering: how will they spell my name today? This has now become an exciting part of buying coffee for me. Some people collect stamps; apparently, I collect creative versions of “Marilyn.”
Selfort, the barista, was courteous and gave excellent customer service, even with so many people in line and waiting for coffee. That takes patience, kindness, and maybe a little extra caffeine. Be prepared to wait tho , early morning and this place is busy busy busy
This is a good place to buy coffee, and at least it is not Dunkin’ Donuts — which I try very hard not to drink unless there is absolutely no other option and survival is on the line.
New England, here we come. Florida has been nice, but my heart is ready for home.
