The customer service at this location was exceptional. I went at the end of the day and asked for my pistachio Frappuccino to be remade because it didn't taste as expected, my barrista was very gracious and made me a yummy latte.
What amazing customer service I received from Cole this morning. From the compliments to asking me about my day and my upcoming plans this week this is a true true definition of customer service one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I have worked in customer service for over 12 years and this is the standard. Everyone should take a chapter from him. Always outstanding - typical Starbucks .... inside ..but outside is terrible. Need to keep tables spotless and top much noise from the street. Need to use more plants between outside area and street.
