They basically stole from me, in part I should have known better. I ordered like I do every Sunday a ham and cheese croissant and my coffee. I showed up and they said it was frozen, I could wait or save for next time. I was in a hurry so I chose to wait they put my name and my order on a sticky note up by the register, moving onto next Sunday I arrive and the sticky note is gone and they refuse to honor what they had promised. I’m a student here at PBA so I get Starbucks quite a lot. Some of the workers are really nice and others don’t have a clue on what they are doing. I work at a Starbucks back at home and watch them make my drink completely wrong and when I ask them to remake they have the biggest attitude. Every time I order anything coffee it taste disgusting. So bad I want to go back to my room and grab my apron and work behind the counter myself.
These ppl are short staffed. Ordered ahead and still had to wait a lot
