Sofia was an excellent waitress. Food was delicious and service was quick. Excellent spot for breakfast.
Banter is a great spot within the Canopy hotel to grab a quick breakfast in the morning, which is what I did, or happy hour after work. Loved the wide open and bright space of this establishment which is located right in the lobby area of the hotel.
DayannaN was great. Made me an excellent old fashion not to sweet. Super friendly and nice. Will easily come back to visit next time I stay at the canopy.
