We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and here are five of the standout items: The avocado toast: This was a simple yet delicious dish that was made with fresh, creamy avocado and served on top of a thick slice of artisan bread. Service was wonderful, although the music was so loud it was hard to hear the server (and we went when it just opened so it was an empty restaurant). After completing the feedback survey, I receive a call from JT saying he would like to have one of his staff personally deliver a free bowl to me. Luckily I was already in the area and was able to go right in and redeem my free bowl. JT made sure to follow up asking how everything was and went the extra mile to apologize and make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied with just his phone call alone and didn’t have to do anything beyond that, so it was much appreciated. Starting with the hostess Bianca, who was so helpful in booking the best seat in the house. We went over possible ideas, and she was very accommodating. Night of the party, the waitress, Tralanda, was so knowledgeable and fun. Great service and had plenty of vegetarian options. One of the food runners mixed up the dishes, but the manager Steven, came over right away and fixed the mistake. Absolutely great customer service. Everyone was so pleasant. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the doors are usually open, so it feels like one big space. You can sit at the bar inside or outside, as well as at tables or couches. Usually they have live music, and a very relaxed vibe with a pool and palm trees swaying in the wind. Cocktails are delicious- they make a great espresso martini (if you add Bailey's to it); all drinks are a little pricey. Beautiful views of the city of West Palm Beach, and the Breakers at night. (We're "cilantro tastes like soap" people :( ) my dad got the chicken entree, mom got steak and shrimp entree with some kind of spicy sauce and I got the Carne Asada. Everything was so so good!! I'll be honest, when they brought it out, I didn't know how I was going to feel about it. There was a puddle of black bean sauce that took me by surprise, but it wound up being one of the highlights of the meal!!
