Darbster is an excellent vegan restaurant that serves delicious food, including gluten-free options and a kids' menu. The restaurant offers a great ambiance and wonderful service, with dishes made to order from scratch. As a non-profit, it supports animal rescue, and its peaceful and charming view adds to the pleasant dining experience. Although it's a small place with occasional minor issues, the great food and good vibes make it well worth a visit.
