Unfortunately, as so many restaurants, right now, they were severely short handed however, we truly never noticed. The servers took exceptional care of us. I’m not sure who answered the phone, but we dealt with him twice and I really have not seen that type of Customer service in a long time.“

“My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.“

“We had a lot of fun, BUT the ball machine was broken, and the above light half out not to mention, they double charged us on my credit card. So BEWARE they charge you at the bay for rental and food/drink when you leave and then ghost charge you later for the bay rental again with the card you reserved with. They don't answer the phones there or call back if you leave a message, so you have to do a dispute with your bank. SO pay attention and CHECK YOUR CC CHARGES Very unsavory business practice.“

The prices were very reasonable compared to the area restaurants. It was a short drive from the hotels. Don’t get stuck in the tourist traps around the resorts plenty of free parking and lots of specials nightly.“

You can tell she has been serving for a while because she has that rare ability to anticipate what you need without being overbearing. She was professional, personable, and made us feel truly taken care of from beginning to end.

Servers like her are a huge part of what makes people want to return to a restaurant. Great food may bring you in once, but exceptional service is what makes you want to come back again and again. She is absolutely an asset to J. Alexander’s, and I hope management knows how much of a positive impact she has on the guest experience. She deserves to be recognized!“

“We love going to Coopers Hawk in Wellington, the food is tasty and our server Jade made our date night perfect with her super great personality and attentiveness. “Such a great place to relax and watch sports. I’ve found out about this place from a friend and it has been my go-to place to eat after work. The wraps, sliders, and mimosas are top notch. One thing that makes this place stand out is the service. I usually get served by Abby and she is a wonderful server. Very knowledgeable of the menu, attentive on the refills, takes the time to converse when she has the time. She is always on point even when she has multiple tables to attend to. Burger Shack in my opinion is the best burger restaurant in Jupiter.“
