Her hospitality was top-notch, and she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

The tacos were absolutely amazing, and if you’re stopping by, you have to try the Volcanic Margarita and the Watermelon Margarita—both were outstanding and are easy recommendations! On top of that, the happy hour deals were fantastic and made the experience an even better value.

“As a lifelong customer of the Melting Pot in its varied locations, it’s been a fun and enjoyable experience for me whether I’m on a romantic dinner date with my husband, celebrating my dad’s birthday, or just randomly wanting to turn a bad day into a better one and bring my kids in for cheese and chocolate. “My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.“

“I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and a gluten allergy so it has been difficult to find places with items on the menu I can eat. I had the scrambled eggs, hash browns, turkey bacon and gluten free pancakes with sugar free syrup. My inner child was sooo happy, everything tasted great! Thank you OPH!!
I rate the service very low and this is probably due to poor management. They had decorations for all of the high school graduates, so they were expecting to be busy, but unfortunately management did not have enough staff working and the hostess was being a waitress. So they only had two waitresses/hostess working the entire floor.“

The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. I can honestly say this should be the standard for all Cesar salads. Big shavings of Parmesan cheese, robust chicken bites. Kudos to Leandra who made the bomb salad. I washed it down with a strawberry and pineapple lemonade which I mixed together because they do come separate. (My own Arnold Palmer) I usually stay away from sweets but this is a must!
