Any time my company sent me to Florida.. this restaurant was my first stop as I lift the airport.

Ceviche Arigato is a hidden gem that will surprise anyone from the moment they step inside. The service is personal, attentive, and friendly, with knowledgeable and caring staff who make guests feel welcomed. The food is impressively prepared and exquisite, featuring a Peruvian twist. The ceviche is a standout, perfectly "cooked" with just the right amount of salty and acid deliciousness. Happy hour is a great value, and the lomo saltado and pargo frito are excellent. The papa a la huancaina is ok. The yellow pepper sauce is rich and pairs well with dishes like pasta and frito lomo. The chicken soup is fresh, tasty, and rich in veggies, while the Miami heat roll remains a favorite. Pisco sour is good, and desserts like flan and freshly fried donut-like desserts coated in sweet apple and cinnamon syrup are dense and rich. Despite some individual concerns about specific dishes, the restaurant has a reputation for quality food, a chic atmosphere, and fast service. Guests will not get bread but will receive cancha, and hot sauce must be requested.
