“The hospitality of the owners was as if we were family. The food is just fantastic, its authentic. My favorite dish was the humble black beans, perfectly cooked with subtle spicing and my main dish was pulpo (octopus), it was tender and again with subtle spices. On a different occasion I had the best authentic Cuban sandwich. I cannot recommend enough.“

“We used to order take outs from this place, eventually, decided to go in person. Small place, basic decoration, simple tables and chairs. We ordered many different kinds of sushi, they have quite a large selection. It was ok, but barely. All these exotic names and fillings were not quite up to the expectations. The final bill was more than we expected. This place is ok, but not more than that.“

Today, I’d hoped for a lunch at the Tequesta location- however, at 2:11, I realized that they closed at 2:30.
After calling the Jupiter location, I was informed that they closed at 9, as their site said, but that they served lunch until 4.
So I went to this location- I was treated politely and the staff was lovely.
I fear I have a stomachache from overeating.“

“Great food. The only place around Jupiter I'll order hot and sour soup and their egg drop (they call me the "soup guy) . Ribs are also tasty. Very friendly, as the owner recently gave me a panda bear key ring. My wife's heart melted. I've been working my way through their menu trying different things. I've recently discovered their szechuan beef and it's my new favorite. Meat is always tender and veggies fresh in every dish, so I don't understand the negative reviews (oh, yeah - New York transplants). The owner is awesome. I always order online and specify "NO BROCCOLI" and I have never had an issue. You'll probably see me there one day because I order at least once a week. And You can't beat those prices.“

“Was visiting the area for two nights and dined at Carmine’s both nights…it’s that good!! Had the Penne Caprese first night and the 4 Cheese/Pear Fiocchi next night. Both were excellent!! Service was fast and very friendly. Also, we had our pup with us and the outdoor dining area was great! Highly recommend Carmine’s. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, I’d be a regular.“

“We placed an online order for pick up through Amazon‘s food delivery service. While Amazon completely let us down as they often do, China star went above and beyond to deliver an item that was not included in our order. The lovely woman who took the time to bring our item to our home was very kind and extremely apologetic. We really appreciate that they made it right and will continue to patronize their restaurant. “A taste of New York has arrived to Port St Lucie. This is basically a take out pizza place. It has seating for about 10 people. We ordered a medium pizza with several vegetable toppings. I think of myself as a pizza expert and this pizza reminded me of Ray's from New York City. The crust is not to thick and properly cooked with a nice crunch. The mozzarella is nice and gooey. The pie was not greasy and it was not overly spicey. I live to add hot pepper flakes and parmasean cheese. This place is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking, easy to find.“

“Came in for a Florida State game, WOW just WOW. The atmosphere was electric. All the TV's were on FSU (and there are a lot of TV's), they were playing the sound, the war chant, and even had the fight song and Jello shots when we scored! Lots of raffle prizes during the 3rd quarter but I didn't win :(. I had the Poke Bowl and it was 10/10 an top 5 of anything I've ever eaten. I will be back for the Miami game! GO NOLES!“

“Very good place to take a small or large crowd. The staff were friendly and served us very fast especially considering we had close to 30 of us. The food was delicious! We especially loved the famous clam chowder, grilled and blackened shrimp, rice and black beans.“
