While every restaurant has the same old same old mahi and salmon, this place dishes out variety of groupers, snappers, hog fish, wahoo, corvina and on and on. “We had a great lunch at Food Shack when we were visiting family in Jupiter. They had great gluten free options and the sweet’n’sour gluten free noodles with blackened swordfish was excellent. It was the tastiest dish I had all week!All 3 of us enjoyed our food, however, we couldn’t get over how rude the server was. She was abrupt, slammed our drinks down, didn’t refill and she gave us a big attitude when we asked questions about the menu. This would have been a 5* if it wasn’t for her attitude. Such a shame to ruin an experience because the service doesn’t match the level of food.The hostess was very very nice though.“

I If you’ve been to Leftovers or Food Shack, also from the Little Moir’s family, you’re familiar with the culinary wizardry of which they’re capable - my husband says “they never met an ingredient they didn’t like.”What’s more: their vibe is a THING. We absolutely *loved* working with their team. Every single person we talked with along the way was helpful - and George and Megan with the catering team are hands-down, two of the most awesome people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, like, ever. They were knowledgeable, open to our ideas and helped create the culinary vision we’d dreamed…plus they’re fun and friendly - you can tell they love what they do and it shines through. “Very Nice meal tonight in a busy restaurant. Plentiful outdoor seating. Slow start to service from Rob but once we are found, all good and attentive service. Nice wedge salad with a good dressing and the Caesar has whole anchovies and a good dressing also. 2 perfectly cooked steaks for the ladies with twice baked potatoes, one potato is a little dry. The chicken Murray is so moist, stuffed with sausage and apricot, mozzarella and turmeric sauce and a great potato puree is devoured. The 6 delicious large scallops special on a fettuccine with lobster sauce is wonderful. Nice service, good setting, good food, beautiful.“
“We got the carrot cake, strawberry churros and the smores desserts which were 14.00 each. They were wonderful. The coffee was 4.50 and flavorless, so disappointingly bitter and thin. I love a good coffee to finish off the evening dessert, oh well. Love the atmosphere. The wait staff really hustles and is sometimes hard to find as it is always busy. Recommend this place“
“The best place in Jupiter. The wait can be between 1-2 hours, so you must be willing to wait. You can get a drink at the bar and also hang out down by the water, though the bar can be crowded too. But if you are not in a rush, it's worth the wait. The steak tips appetizer is better than the meal, so order that and get sides. All the food is good and the U tiki potatoes are a must.“

I would have loved to have ordered 10 different things!We got the crab legs and the calamari as appetizers. The crab legs are expensive, but they were fresh and very good. The calamari was also very good! I’ve had a lot and this was right up there. We polished it all iff between the 3 of us.For dinner, it was hard to choose, so I ordered “The Plate of the Day” from the specials menu. It has a little bit of everything. It was excellent! The yellowtail snapper was crusted with yuca, sweet potato, and horseradish. It also came with a side of the spaghetti with melted mozzarella on top, 3 fried shrimp, and a side of the spinach salad. Everything was excellent! I’d order it again. The fish was delicious!My sister ordered the swordfish. It came with 2 sides. She got the steamed vegetables of the day (zucchini and yellow squash) and fries. It was excellent and she ate it all.My nephew ordered the “honey-dipped” chicken wings. He loved them, but they did not taste like they were dipped in honey. They were just regular breaded, deep-fried wings. But they were really good.We didn’t have room for dessert. But ordered a piece of key lime pie to go. But, the waitress never brought it and my sister forgot about it and we left without it. ?♀️ Our fault! We drove from Miami. “I'm writing this review to help the business but I fear opening Pandora's box on this restaurant for selfish reasons. I have had two experiences here now - this establishment is an experience as much as it is a meal - and despite my lofty expectations following the first visit, the second blew me out of the water. It took a majority of the meal just to come down from the euphoria brought about by the food, and the balance of the meal was spent discussing happy childhood memories and other things you talk about when food brings you to an such an ecstatic place. I cannot steer you toward any individual dish; this is your experience, but it's one you must have. I feel I must share just a little as I've never felt such an emotional response to such things as pappardelle or yellowtail snapper (market catch) or tiramisu. R&J is an enchanted place, a special place, one that you will always remember. Just don't tell too many people. So excited for my next visit.“
“This was our first dining experience at Cafe Sole and we were very impressed. Despite being unexpectedly understaffed, Mo, the owner, his son and the rest of the staff stepped up to the challenge and provided us with a delightful dinner. You can tell this restaurant is a labor of love for Mo and his family. They are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed. The food was delicious. My wife had the Margarita Pizza and I had Filet Mignon Stroganoff. Both were the best we ever had. The dinner menu is so extensive. There is something for everyone. We ate inside and although it was full, it was not noisy. We look forward to returning.“

No building, just an area around the bar with a roof, otherwise outdoor seating under palm trees and sun sails.Parking is valet, although there is also a parking lot in walkable distance. Or you just pull up in your boat to the dock if you are bougie like that.The food feels Mediterranean, lots of variations to pair with today's fresh catch. Typically 3 or more different to choose from, although one is regularly snapper. Small but nice selection of beers, some wine and a full bar.The service is excellent, super friendly staff, seems to be mostly young women working there. Everyone is very attentive and helpful.It can get really crowded on the weekends. They have a long happy hour that also draws a crowd. I see many regulars there.“

We sat at the bar with a big group and our bartenders Kayla and Chris were above and beyond helpful from being able to recommend the perfect drink and helping a vegetarian make the best choice! I was the only vegetarian the other 5 people ate so many different things from the menu and they were thrilled! My spring rolls were perfectly cooked as an appetizer and it was the best fresh mozzarella I ever had in my entire life with my tomatoes. We can’t wait go go back!“

“We chose Tommy Bahamas for my nephews’s birthday dinner last Saturday night. Every part of our evening was superb! Starting with our wonderful server, Kendall who was perfectly attentive and pleasant and had us laughing the whole night. Her suggestions about the menu were spot on. She engaged with my 3 year old granddaughter and most importantly, suggested that we put in her order first so that she wouldn’t have to wait for everyone else’s dinners to come out. I love that! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals and as for me, the short rib with mashed potatoes was one of the best I have ever had. Chef John made sure that our food was perfect, delicious and beautifully presented. We did some shopping at the Tommy Bahama store (attached) while we waited for our food and everyone we dealt with in the shop was wonderful as well. We all left there talking about that this would be a dinner we will remember for years to come! Such a fun wonderful evening! “I am from out of state and discovered Dune Dog Cafe last year for lunch with the family and a friend. I am back visiting this year and had to go back. The food is great. I had the fish sandwich. I love how casual and laid back the restaurant is. My service both times was fantastic. I highly recommend it.“
