My family and I went from weekly customers to former customers because U-Tiki Beach and its leaders do NOT embrace this lesson: “There are no spare customers.”
Terrible service by there managers. Born and raised in Jupiter, all the good reviews are from the old management, don’t trust it now.
Terrible Experience and Completely Disrespectful Staff
I’m posting this so nobody else has to deal with what we did. Our group of 8–10 went in expecting a fun night before the boat parade. At no point did anyone mention a 1.5-hour time limit.
