I came in here on a busy morning by myself. I was seated and ordered my food without the menu because I knew what I wanted. I had my food in under 5 minutes and was out the door in maybe 30min max if that. It was fantastic. Best ihop experience Ive ever had hands down.
TOTALLY disappointed - ☹️ no more harvest grain pancakes ???They were the # 1. Reason that we went there!!! ?The restaurant was empty - could be a contributing factor.Bye bye !!

Food was tasty and was prepared in an acceptable amount of time. Male server was slightly less than attentive and I had to ask for more napkins from a different server. The floor had not been cleaned since the night before there was accumulated dropped food visible, more than could have possibly been from breakfast.
