Was visiting the area for two nights and dined at Carmine’s both nights…it’s that good!! Had the Penne Caprese first night and the 4 Cheese/Pear Fiocchi next night. Both were excellent!! Service was fast and very friendly. Also, we had our pup with us and the outdoor dining area was great! Highly recommend Carmine’s. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, I’d be a regular.
Delicious and always consistent - I love the indoor/ outdoor atmosphere. Pasta is wonderful and don’t forget to visit the market and take home their branded olive oil and wine. Extremely tasty!! ❤🍷
I couldn't eat most of their dishes. They use cow's milk for all their cheeses. Mozzarella is made from water buffalo milk. I am lactose intolerant and 80% of American adults are like me. So if you have a stomach ache after eating at Carmine's don't be surprised.
