We love going to Coopers Hawk in Wellington, the food is tasty and our server Jade made our date night perfect with her super great personality and attentiveness. This is the first time we have Jade serve us and we hope to be lucky enough to have her again. I was invited to join 4 friends for lunch today. What an interesting and enjoyable place. We had reservations (3 are members), and arriving early we enjoyed the wine tasting. What a great way to try new wines without having to buy a bottle and hating it. We all ordered different lunch items and sampled each others food. Everything was fabulous. Wine, food and service. I will definitely go back again and again.
Allyson was absolutely incredible for wine tasting. As my first time, she explained everything perfectly and the menu for tasting was explained with the flavors and notes perfectly. If you ever come here and see anyone ask for Allyson. If you have dinner ask for Pre as your server. Attentive and very thoughtful with certain items on the menu. 10/10 will come back.
