“We’ve dined at Franco Italian Bistro many times over the years, but our recent visit was truly something special. The restaurant is now under new ownership, and the fresh energy is undeniable. Nick, the new owner from Queens, NY, greeted us personally and made us feel instantly welcomed—like part of the family. His hospitality and genuine passion for the restaurant are already making a noticeable impact. Our server Frank was an absolute delight—friendly, engaging, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic as always, with the penne vodka being a standout—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. To top it off, the desserts are now brought in from Junior’s in NYC, which was such a fun and delicious surprise. We’re so excited to see where Nick takes this beloved spot and can’t wait to return. Franco’s is clearly in great hands!“

“We love going to Coopers Hawk in Wellington, the food is tasty and our server Jade made our date night perfect with her super great personality and attentiveness. This is the first time we have Jade serve us and we hope to be lucky enough to have her again.
