“We were here for an event and we ended up returning the next day because the food was just that good. The Salmon is to die for….My husband fell in love with the smothered chicken and pork chops…also the regular and Red Velvet cornbread! The Pink Lemonade….OMG, SO GOOD!! Now….a little constructive criticism…is the side dishes are a little pricey for the portion. I ordered a side of rice and got a small cup (not even a healthy portion) for $5…the price is ok as long as it’s….WORTH IT! Also, I ordered a turkey wing dinner to go and there was only 1 turkey wing, turkey wings are not expensive and dinners in mostly all soul food restaurants include 2 meats. My husband had smothered chicken and pork chop and both meals had 2 pieces of both. One other thing, both days we ordered something with the expectation of getting it only to receive disappointing news that….You didn’t have it! When you are out of something let your waitress’ know this, so when customers place the order they can communicate that. Other than that….The food is AMAZING! The customer service was even more Amazing the young lady that waited on us both days was so sweet! When we are in town again we will be returning…..hopefully to some healthier portions for the prices…..(sides) both dine in and take out, a Full menu! Oh and one more thing….I absolutely Loved the old school music vibe…..Yessss!“

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I've never been a fan of session meads but literally every single one of them (they call them serums) were amazing. Lightly carbonated and ranging from dry-semi-sweet there was something for everyone. The staff was very warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions. If you're a mead or cider fan, you must try them. Nothing disappointing about anything we tried. Definitely of my new favorites. The owners are incredibly nice and I love supporting passionate small business owners. Would recommend 10 out of 10.“

“Tonight we went with friends to Di Valle’s Italian Cucina on US1 just north of Oakland Park Blvd. in the Roselli Building…. (Honestly never even knew there was a restaurant in there, except for that Cafe DuMond which has been shut down for a long time, due to no real signage since its an office building). I never do restaurant reviews, however, this gem deserves more than 5 stars hands down!! Our server Pauline, one of the best servers we have had the pleasure of experiencing in years!!! The quality and variety of food the Chef creates, along with the nightly specials, are off the charts AMAZING!!! That paired with Pauline’s passion for her love and thorough knowledge of their chefs food, shines through in all aspects of our night’s experience. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!!! ❤️“

“Revelry is one of the best gifts Pompano Beach has received in a long time. Start with the ambiance, which is creative and fun, with a touch of maximalism and whimsical decor, follow with the food which is just so freakin’ good and creative, it’s just A+++ And then there are the drinks…unique and perfectly balanced. They have this lady craving a whiskey drink (Stockholm Syndrome) and I usually truly dislike whiskey. The service couldn’t be better, helpful and attentive, but not hovering. If you are looking for a place for conversation, I would recommend going before the live music events. But if you are into music, you don’t want to miss that either. Parking is free and easy. The owners and all the staff have great pride in their work and it really makes all the difference. All in all, Revelry is one of my favorite places to meet with friends drink and good times. There’s a lot more I didn’t describe, but you will need to go and discover it for yourself. You can thank me later. ;)“

“Great local wine bar. The food is incredible and they have an impressive wine selection. I tried the beef tartar and goat cheese flatbread, both were great. I stopped in on a night they happened to have a pre-scheduled wine dinner taking place and appreciate that they were still able to accommodate my friend and me!“

“Do not miss. I walked in as an out-of-town visitor to grab a quick glass of wine and stayed to enjoy more wine with the lovely people at the shop! David allowed me to try a little taste of my selection to ensure I’d enjoy the full glass. None of the wine is something I would find at the larger stores, the owner is extremely knowledgeable- yet the shop is not pretentious at all.

My only sadness is I missed out on a food truck night - so many people walked in to ask about the food. Next time!

“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! “I've only had some snacks here once and it was during Xmas on Las Olas so it was chaos and I didn't really pay attention. But when I look around, the food looks nice. We love it here though. The owner is so kind and lovely. The speakeasy in the back has the coolest bartender (Rownie -- I'm probably spelling it wrong!) He loves what he does and it shows. We drew this picture of him. I started it and then passed it around to everyone at the bar to add to it. As you can see, we had a great time! This place is a must if you visit Las Olas.“

“This was our second visit. For appetizers we had Caponata and middle neck clams in a white flavorful broth. Both came with several pieces of focaccia bread. They were nice sized portions that were scrumptious. We followed up with Gamberetti (Shrimp) over Pappardelle in a pesto sauce and Bucatini Carbonara with Guanciale. They both were absolutely superb. For dessert we had a very tasty and refreshing Limoncello gelato accompanied by an expresso and cappuccino. It all was delicious . Our host and waitress, Nadia, was super friendly as was her husband, Mario, who is the chef, and they gave us excellent advice about what to order. We will be back very soon“

“Service was very slow. Portions were small and I am not a bog Ester. Prices were very high considering the paltry size of the serving. Desert menu, particularly the pie and Gelato was also very expensive, consiering the tiny size of the serving. Having said all that, the food what little there was. Is very good.“

“My wife and I went to Bedda Mia tonight and we’re glad we did. The food came out quickly and tasted delicious. The chicken parm was cooked perfect and the sauce balanced. Pizza was made great and the best part was Maria, Vittoria, Chef Ettore all came by and made sure we enjoyed it. Nothing was too greasy or heavy. It felt like a classy family atmosphere. A unique neighborhood spot cool decorations and memorabilia inside. To the other reviewer who felt the need to make a deal about them supporting a certain presidential candidate - that’s what makes this country great. This is a NE transplant but it’s just as good as any place in Boston! Great ales from NE too! This is a NE Patriots pub feel so it’s hard to say I love the place because I’m a Bills fan but I would frequent this place often if I lived here. The service was friendly and knowledgeable too.“

“Our dining experience at The Cook and the Cork was outstanding! We were a party of 6 with reservations for inside dining. We were greeted warmly the moment we entered. The ambience was was upscale and inviting. Our server, David, was amazing. He patiently answered our many questions regarding the menu, which offered a variety of interesting options to choose from. As appetizers we has the smoked fish dip, mushrooms in parchment, and roasted cauliflower. The mushrooms were so fabulous that we had to order the rosemary focaccia to dip into the sauce. Both of the individuals who ordered the Korean Fried Chicken raved about it. The steak melted in your mouth and the pasta for the Pappardelle Bolognese was perfect! The PEI mussels were amazing and I would recommend ordering an extra loaf of the rosemary focaccia so you can enjoy the broth. The special was Swordfish and it was delicious. For dessert we ordered a peanut butter bread pudding with raspberry sauce, which was also very good. I highly recommend the espresso martini as an after dinner drink. Prices were not out of line for the quality and preparation of the food. A shout out to David, our exceptional server, who followed us out to the parking lot because we forgot our unfinished meal which he boxed for us and who parted with a bag full of wine corks from their collection for my cork crafts! We will definitely be back...this is a dining gem!“
