Our first visit and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Place was packed so we sat outside. Deep dish pizza was especially fun as it’s been a few years since we have been to Chicago. Lovely owner/operator.
The best little hidden gem for Italian food! My family and I cannot stop going here! The deep dish pizza and all the pastas are to die for! It’s is so clear how much love the owner puts into the success of this restaurant. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had the pleasure of having an early dinner today at Il Baretto. The food was amazing and fresh. Best garlic rolls I’ve ever had! Coincidentally, the owner Daisy, her husband, two sons and father in law were also dining. She approached us and introduced herself. She’s a very warm and inviting person as is her restaurant. Lovely family as well. We shall return! ♥️
