The garlic rolls were insane… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge—definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I’m pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I’m Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion—just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn’t try the pizza this time, but I already know I’ll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It’s a smaller place, but it’s cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back—and next time I’m saving room for dessert (if I can stop myself from eating all the garlic rolls again).”

I was told they were discontinuing the Wahoo as the fillets were half thick and half thin making them difficult to prepare properly. Expresso martini was good and reasonably priced. The fish and chips were cooked properly and was very good. I did tell management before I left. As I say in my bio, I did not ask for any compensation for the over cooked meals as I'm consistent in not taking anything that could be considered as influencing my reviews. I let them know to correct the issues for the future.”

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.”

The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!”

My husband and I decided to dine in with our little one, and Calvin truly made the experience nothing short of amazing. He was so incredibly kind and not only made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed, but he also went above and beyond to make sure that our son was well taken care of on several occasions. We’ve been to this location as well as a couple of others several times, but after tonight’s experience, we will definitely be coming back to this particular location every single time. The food is great, but the service that is provided each time truly makes this place the absolute best! Huge thanks to Calvin for taking such great care of us not only tonight but each visit.”

“It was a lovely first time visit. I am in the neighborhood and walk by it often, but this was the first time to actually go in. I would LOVE to give it five stars and it was ALMOST there. The atmosphere is lovely: clean a few nice outdoor tables both in the sun and in the shade. The staff was beyond nice: friendly warm and helpful. The prices were fair. AND THE COFFEE WAS WONDERFUL. I had the dark care mocha latte and it was smooth as proverbial silk. EXCELLENT COFFEE. It would have been perfect except I think I certainly ordered the wrong thing. I see people commenting on how good the pastries were. I am not a sweet person ordinarily, I like savory things. I ordered the chicken empanadas: MISTAKE. Now, I love empanadas. I have had them from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Ecuador. Sometimes they are spicy and sometimes a bit sweet (with onions and raisins) I like them all. This empanada was really bad. I am not joking. I cannot remember having a bad empanada. What as wrong: the dough was SO THICK. If you ever eat a real empanada, the dough is kind of thin and the filling full. This was all dough and so so thick that it was gummy and just all dough. The filling was meager and dry. Instead of juicy it was dried out chicken with no flavoring or sauce, just a slight taste of curry. The entire empanada was left on the plate after one bite. I love this adorable neighborhood place and I will be back. I am really not an injustice collector. I really wanted to be able to say five stars, instead of four or four and a half. As I said the atmosphere, service and coffee were top rate, but whoever made those empanadas should really find out how to make them. I will trust the other people who posted reviews and order one of the pastries next time. Sorry, but I really loved the time I spent here, but disappointed that the whole empanada was left on the plate. I am sure the pastries are a lot better.”

“Just visited Ali’s Roti Shop for the first time. First time having roti as well and I chose this location. I give honest reviews. Never like to give a bad review unless it’s absolutely necessary. I only have one issue, I wish the portions wore more for the price. Ordered the roti curry goat. I looked up paratha roti prior to coming. That’s the one I really wanted and a customer came in behind me and ordered it, that’s when I remembered. It was my first time, I wasn’t given the options of which I’d like, but I guess that’s my responsibility to know so I will accept that. Food was delicious, spicy but I love spice. As stated before I just wish the portions were bigger. I will return however to try the boneless curry paratha roti.”

“First time visit for lunch today with friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the extremely clean, aesthetic design, and friendly, eager staff. Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.”

“It was a lovely first time visit. I am in the neighborhood and walk by it often, but this was the first time to actually go in. I would LOVE to give it five stars and it was ALMOST there. The atmosphere is lovely: clean a few nice outdoor tables both in the sun and in the shade. The staff was beyond nice: friendly warm and helpful. The prices were fair. AND THE COFFEE WAS WONDERFUL. I had the dark care mocha latte and it was smooth as proverbial silk. EXCELLENT COFFEE. It would have been perfect except I think I certainly ordered the wrong thing. I see people commenting on how good the pastries were. I am not a sweet person ordinarily, I like savory things. I ordered the chicken empanadas: MISTAKE. Now, I love empanadas. I have had them from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Ecuador. Sometimes they are spicy and sometimes a bit sweet (with onions and raisins) I like them all. This empanada was really bad. I am not joking. I cannot remember having a bad empanada. What as wrong: the dough was SO THICK. If you ever eat a real empanada, the dough is kind of thin and the filling full. This was all dough and so so thick that it was gummy and just all dough. The filling was meager and dry. Instead of juicy it was dried out chicken with no flavoring or sauce, just a slight taste of curry. The entire empanada was left on the plate after one bite. I love this adorable neighborhood place and I will be back. I am really not an injustice collector. I really wanted to be able to say five stars, instead of four or four and a half. As I said the atmosphere, service and coffee were top rate, but whoever made those empanadas should really find out how to make them. I will trust the other people who posted reviews and order one of the pastries next time. Sorry, but I really loved the time I spent here, but disappointed that the whole empanada was left on the plate. I am sure the pastries are a lot better.”

“I called to place a custom cake order with Zoe sweet tooth for the next day and they were able to make my daughter’s cake and they even delivered it for free. The cake itself was beautiful and the cake tasted so good that everyone had a piece, I didn’t even have leftover. I am honestly so happy that I call them and they took my order on such short notice. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a custom cake, they also have other desserts that are bite size which is great for a dessert table. Best dessert spot in Broward.”

I am.not sure of his position in the establishment, but he wears many hats and he was very attentive to us even though it was crowded and he was not our server. This isn't your average sushi spot—it’s a definitely a unique find with a Latin twist. I noticed most of the rolls come with cream cheese, but I prefer mine without; I asked them to accommodate and they did so without any issues. So good!”

“Milky Moo is a milkshake and dessert shop. It's a Brazilian brand with hundreds of locations. This one is located in the Broward Mall. We walked by and saw the cute colors and cows, so we had to stop.
We ordered a milkshake for our child. It was nicely decorated and my child loved it, of course. There was a little table and chairs for the kids as well. Overall, definitely a good spot for a milkshake.”

When I found Tea.Lab, upon entering I was greeted by two of the sweetest people, who I assume are the owners, and they were so kind, welcoming, and had amazing energy! The shop is so cute, they were playing K-Pop when I walked in and even complimented my BTS wallet and we started talking about K-Pop a bit. It was such a great experience, I want to come back again STAT and try their other drinks! I purchased the mango passionfruit fruit tea and switched the jelly for mango popping boba and it is so delicious! The atmosphere, customer service and drinks are 10/10! They also gave me a punch card which gives customers a free drink after 10 visits. Their aesthetic is so cute, I will definitely be coming back to hang out with my friends and try their other drinks!🧋”

The location itself is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made the experience even better. It’s a great spot if you want something quick, healthy, and filling. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.”

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.”
