“Their food is excellent - so delicious - but they totally skimp on meat on some of their plates. $30 for meat fajitas where you only have enough meat for one fajita is a major fail. Same with the vaca frita. Alot of vegetables but not enough meat. Left me hungry. Tostones are not crunchy. Don Lolos is officially off the lunch rotation. Shame bc their food is sooo good.“

“Beef and chicken empanadas were fried and were very tasty. The media noche sandwich was good but had very little meat - just one thin slice of pork and ham each. Cafe con Leche was hot but I would have liked less milk and sugar as it tasted weak and very sweet. Overall the pleasant little Cafe atmosphere with nice staff made the visit enjoyable“

“This is a gem! There's nothing formulaic - unlike other Spanish-inspired/tapas eateries in the region. We finished our meal 20 minutes ago and we're still smiling from the flavors - unexpected, with depth, and subtly. The vibe is rustic and you get to focus on your company and the food. I'm going to be craving the garbanzo + chorizo, the camarones + tostones, and we had the grilled octopus special and the vegetables (the zucchini!) will be remembered for a long time (the char on the octopus was perfect, also). Please make sure you triple check the orders and all items paid for are inside the bag thank you.“

“Got the “Famous Cubano” and was excited to try this one in the side of a gas station. Since my last experience in FL at an expensive restaurant yielded the worst Cubano I’ve ever had, I figured this would be a good place to try next.

From the pictures it looked awesome and from the experience, it’s was equal! The bread was on point, buttered, crispy and chewy, the roast pork was juicy and tender. The ham was also good and there was a perfect amount of pickles and mustard with melty Swiss! All of the textures and flavors were balanced which was exactly what you want in a good Cubano! And you could taste the individual components as well! Fantastic sandwich!!“
