They are very well staffed and get things done in a jiffy. Everything taste great. When I order sandwiches I call to order and as soon as I'm there, it's ready. There's a crispy pork sandwich on a photo menu along the top of the walls that looks good and if it's anything like the pan con tortilla, which is delicious and huge (looks like it took 5 eggs) then it's definitely worth trying.“

“I was lost and then I found this place. I am here by pure chance. I had the pan con bistec (4.5/5). When I order a pan con bistec I wish you could take a look at a couple of things, the first one is the bread toasted? And in this case, yes, it was perfectly toasted. A good portion of onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. It had been crispy shoestring fries. The beef was well seasoned but here comes the 0.5 I did not give it: It was a little bit tough. But you can’t have it all.
We also had tamales con Macitas de puerco : 5/5. A very generous portion Tamal, and some pieces of pork around it. Super filling. And prices are amazing. Everything was under $11 apiece.
In service is outstanding, I’m not gonna comment too much on this so come here and experience stuff for yourself“

“I haven't had a Cuban Bistec sandwich for many years and decided to give this Little Haiti addition a try... The male cashier took my order, asked if I wanted my bottled juice now or later with the meal, and I chose later... He told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I gave him 15... When I returned, he was away from the takeout window (food prepping I suppose as he had a bag of what looked like beef patties in hand)... The lady who came to the window spoke to me in Spanish then proceeded to hold (what seemed like) a five (5) minute conversation with each other... My food was finally ready, I left (parked on the south side), and it did not cause me to relive the great memories from years ago... Maybe next time...“

“Their food is excellent - so delicious - but they totally skimp on meat on some of their plates. $30 for meat fajitas where you only have enough meat for one fajita is a major fail. Same with the vaca frita. Alot of vegetables but not enough meat. Left me hungry. Tostones are not crunchy. Don Lolos is officially off the lunch rotation. Shame bc their food is sooo good.“
