“It was my aunts 80th birthday and it was a blast...the staff was amazing, we couldn't be any more pleased, the location was perfect, we had mariachi and they had a live singer...lastly...the food was on point, good grief was the food on point...this place is a must and definitely a bucket list to go back again...“
“This was my first time to this restaurant, I ordered over the phone and young lady was very nice and took my order correctly. Pick up was also a breeze. My only complaint and not really a complaint is my coffee was too dark after I had order it very light but overall everything was great.“
“Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful. Adriana was amazing, she made great food recommendations. The vibe, energy, & food made this entire experience amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good Cuban spots in Miami area.“
“Happy hour is awesome, the bar is very good and very fair priced appetizers! For proper dinner, it offers classic Cuban cuisine with a twist, probably overpriced but what is not in these days, Food is good though! Live music is great, overall a good experience, it's like to walk into La Havana a long time ago! Perfect for a classic Miami experience if you are visiting!“
“What incredible food and friendly, professional service! We chose this place to celebrate my sister's birthday, and we all truly loved it. Located in the heart of Miami, Marabu offers a modern decoration and cozy atmosphere. Their delicious traditional cocktails with innovative modern twists, along with its exquisite coal-fired artisan food, fresh seafood, perfect appetizer combinations, and equally delicious desserts, made our dining experience unforgettable. I couldn't have been happier choosing Marabu for dinner!“
“The star of the visit was obviously the food. The sandwiches were outstanding. The hype was strong and I was worried that there would be a let down. Worry not, if you enjoy a good cubano or just a sandwich fan, Sanguich is a required stop in Miami. Besides the cubano, the pan con lechon was also outstanding.Cafecito did not disappoint. Service was also great for how busy they were. The only downside to Sanguich is their location. Limited parking in front of the restaurant and the restaurant itself is tiny. Rent would be more, but they really should expand to a bigger location to be able to serve more diners quicker.“
“I celebrated my birthday at Salao and the attention was first class, from the host, servers, especially Claudia, was wonderful and made sure everything was very special! Also the bartenders were very friendly, especially Adrian who was very gentle and kind! Camilo is a character and sets up the party! Spectacular music, with the Latintime band! That group sings spectacularly and of all genres with original arrangements! Excellent experience in Salao!!“
“I went with my family and I loved the place, the atmosphere, the service and the excellent food... We ordered the Mar y Tierra table for 10 people and it was spectacular... The only thing I gave a recommendation was the drinks... they are worth $13, but the glasses are very small, in terms of price and quantity, they should offer them a little larger and let it be known that I am not a drinker. But for everything else I recommend it 100%. Go and you will have a great time.“
“We dined here for lunch while visiting the Doral area. Service was good although we had some challenge communicating in English. The mgr assisting us. Great value for the entrees offered. We had Pallomilla steak, grilled chicken with morros rice, tostones and yuca. It was nicely prepared but I prefer raw onion rather than cooked onion with my steak. Service was fast and restaurant was clean with easy vibe. Please note they add 18% gratuity to your check when submitted so don’t make the error in double tipping unless you’re compelled to do so.Parking: Pay by street parking app.“
“We loved this place, the food was delicious, Sebastián our waiter was very friendly, always very attentive, he gave us very good recommendations about the food, and the drinks... we had a pitcher of passion fruit mojito and it was very delicious. The very cozy atmosphere. Sitting on the patio was the best choice ?We will return?THANK YOU SEBASTIÁN, you are doing your job very well ?“
“We saw many comments before visiting them. I really liked the atmosphere, the food was very good, the prices were quite affordable, ample parking. A very safe area. The service was pretty good, we practically didn't have to wait to be assigned a table.Yes, it is very crowded due to everything said above. If you visit Little Havana I recommend it.“
“The review is a little late but hey, better late than never. Good music, good food, the boy Ernesto, first class attention, I would go without. Doubt and have him take care of us. I recommend that boy to all my friends. Hoping that he will always take care of me.“
“Delighted with the place. Anita served us very sweet, kind, polite and very professional, we ordered melon and pineapple juices, super delicious and what SURPRISED me the most is that they were NATURAL, the spaghetti was special, the sauce was very delicious and not to mention the Soft and well cooked pizzas, the place is clean, pleasant, with music and a pleasant clean smell, CONCLUSIONS: EVERYTHING IS SPECTACULAR.I RECOMMEND IT ?%. I REPEAT SOON.!!! We liked it a lot.“
“Just landed to Miami and had to check this place out. Place is huge great to bring the entire family, if you want to sit on the benches they are also available with quick service for both. The entire staff here were super friendly. I enjoyed my cafe con leche and tostada so much. The orange juice was delicious. If you live near by you have to check this place out. If you're visiting this just be your 1st place to come. The prices here are great.“
“MAKE SURE you ask for AUSTIN to serve you!!! He made the experience 10/10 more than it already was. Food was delicious, fresh and quick. We had the vaca frita tostones, crispy tuna, and pork belly, all a must try. The Lis cocktail was a spicy margarita perfection, and the mule was also great. Live Spanish music , people getting up to dance, the restaurant itself is also so aesthetically pleasing. Easy parking. Must try for a date night, we’ll be back!“
“Kuba kitchen it’s a great place in which you can spend a wonderful time in family to laugh or enjoy delicious food in a comfortable and warm space. I do recommend it. Excellent customer services. For me and my family was a 5 start experience ! 5 ⭐️!“
“Muy buen servicio, pintoresco lugar para hacerse bonitas fotos, precios muy buenos, las porciones de comidas suficientes, lo único que hace falta en esta temporada que viene el spring break ( calor) son unas cervezas frías, pero aún no tienen el permiso de venta de licores ! Volveremos a ir y por supuesto llevaremos a la familia ! Rica picaña ...“
“La Cañita located in Bayside Marketplace is an amazing place. With a wonderful view of the sea, I was able to enjoy a delicious dinner as well as excellent service provided by the waiter who served me. Finally, the band of musicians makes that place magical.“
“Visiting from LA. I googled Best Cuban Restaurant. This was the only place that came up 5-stars in the area.I'm like ok. Worth a shot. Walked in, everyone was super friendly and smiling. I explained I was from out of town and asked for guidance (I'm not Cuban) and they were more than happy to offer several things. All food was great, very flavorful and interesting. I had the arroz campesino and tostones. With a new thing they are offering, a milanesa with ham and melted cheese on top. Sounds odd but was actually really good (and huge) seriously, get this for 2-4 people. Will definitely come back when I'm in town. They also make their own fresh OJ. Get some.“
“The best place, the service is simply perfect, the food is super delicious, the croquettes and the taqueños are super delicious and healthy, the pizza and the spaghetti are super delicious, Mayra gave us super good service, 100% recommended, the smoothie is super natural, too, of course.“
“This place is amazing! Wonderful entertainment and the food is superb. Think Chinese/asian meets Cuban. We had The papas bravas, crispy gyozas and Octopus (btw the octopus was OUT OF THIS WORLD - think egg foo young from a Chinese restaurant, but octopus - this dish was by far my favorite and blew me away from a creativity standpoint)For main, I had the Sea Bass, perfectly cooked and the avocado poblano puree was such a nice touch. My husband had the seafood fried rice and it too was amazing! My only critique is that the wait staff is spread a little thin and so service is not as attentive as I think it should be for the prices you are paying, but this is a unique and amazing experience, we will definitely be back“
“Excellent! The potato cake with cheese was rich and juicy, it seems very normal but the food is as if we were at a feast. The cheese cake was very juicy and rich. The ground beef is very delicious. Excellent Service, the woman recommends many things to us, one of which is the guava cake with cheese. The atmosphere doesn't matter because it's a food truck but I'm going to put it with the quality that's all delicious and excellent. It was excellent for us. Thank you!“
“The food and drinks for the most part were good but obviously the live entertainment and vibes were what made it. The host was friendly but the servers were a bit inattentive and they were hard to grab their attention. They also never checked in on us. We had two servers, one at our table inside and one outside. They also charge 7% service charge on top of the automatic 18% tip here - which other Miami restaurants don’t do (they just charge 20% automatically). I would come back just for the live entertainment and the outdoor seating in the back. We smoked our cigars there and it was a beautiful setting.“
“La Viña is a hole in the wall that offers the old cuban Barrio experience. Clean, friendly service, family atmosphere. Affordable but cash only. Cuban food is delicious, generous servings. Today I went for breakfast, wasn't too happy with my Viña tortilla. It had too much potatoes and scarce on chorizo, ham and veggies. Coffee needed heating which is my pet peeve ?. Better next time I guess.Parking: Parking is a little tight but can always find a spot“
“I loved the place, the service is excellent, my husband ordered a steak and it was very delicious, without a doubt, an excellent place to visit, ahh and highlight that they have a wide variety of ice creams. I ordered almond chocolate and I loved it, very good service.“
“I ordered the Cuban bowl. I also ordered some Yucca fries. the Yucca were more like potatoes wedges but made from yucca root. I ordered a diet coke. Cuban Guys make sandwiches, but they also have bowls like what I ordered. The fries are on the sandwi h in some cases. It is tasty“
“Shining spot for the area.In a place, Miami, with a lot of competition for a great Cuban food place, this takes a top spot. Great menu, presentation, and top of the line flavors. Food tastes delicious, fresh, and like they just made that just for you. Nice place to visit with family and friends. The outdoor area has a lot of tables and a large screen to watch sports.“
“Great food, very attentive service and reasonable prices! We were looking for a Cuban meal while spending one night in Miami, and found La Rosa. We had a house salad, the shrimp, and a pork chop. They all had great flavors and husband said it was the best pork chop he'd ever had.“
“First time here. In on a Wednesday at 5:30.Very nice inside. Not busy. FREE WI FIORDERED:Romo's Churrasco med. rare.with rice and beans $21Perfectly cooked, good flavor, tender but very small.Next time I will offer to pay more for more meat.Plantains $2.99 for 3 small pieces.TO GO:Cuban sandwich $7.99 OK for the price.Flan $3.99 Small but good for the price.Service was OK but she never came back to see ifeverything was OK. Had to ask for more water.I will give them another try.“
“They may not need another positive review, but here it is: if you want authentic Cuban food with waiters who will also most likely have an authentic thick accent and who may even help you discipline your malcreado child isn't polite then eat here. My 88 year-old Cuban American mother approves.“
“If you're a fan of croquetas such as myself, "Dos Croquetas" is absolutely a must-try when visiting Miami. Some might ask "what exactly is a croqueta?". In simple terms, they are about the same size of a mozzarella stick, deep fried and usually filled with béchamel sauce, mashed potatoes, cheese, and meat. In fact, the options are endless with thousands of customizable creations. They are a very popular side/appetizer in the Latin culture and are a great quick snack to eat on the go. Located directly on 8th St (Calle Ocho) in between SW 15th & 16th Ave. in the heart of the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami, this place has been dishing out delicious croquetas since early-2024. I came here on a whim (during the afternoon of Sunday 3/17/2024 at 1:30pm) as I was craving a small bite and this place absolutely delivered. As far as the exterior of the building, it was quite easy to find due to the colorful array of forest green with a splash of pink and yellow on the awning. The interior brings that same colorful artwork which truly give this place a Miami vibe. Their menu offers not only Cuban craft croquetas (in 10 different flavors) but also sandwiches, sides, breakfast (served until 4pm), and Dulce dessert bites. They also carry craft shakes to cool you off on the sweltering hot & muggy Florida days. Since this was my first time trying their food and didn't want to go too overboard before dinner, I ordered just (1) of the "305". This croqueta had Cuban-styled picadillo , sweet plantains, and queso blanco with their signature dale sauce. Total price, only $2.20 before tax. Service was quick and my snack was ready in just a couple minutes. As far as the taste, this absolutely hit the spot for me. Crunchy on the outside while warm, cheezy, and savory on the inside, this was absolutely delicious and actually tasted like nothing I've ever tried before. They offer so many other delectable croquetas including "Medianoche" (pork, ham, & swiss), "Mexican Street Corn", "Creamy Spinach", and much more. They have very respectable hours being opened Sunday-Thursday from 10am-10pm and Friday-Saturday from 10am-12am. With the exceptional service, prime location, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices, I am giving the Little Havana "Dos Croquetas" a perfect five stars.“
“Highly recommended from a lot of people in the Calle Ocho area. I will say, nothing beats $6 all day Mojito Mondays so that for sure was my favorite part. Bonus points if you're actually there on a Monday, and we sure were. After snacking around and trying different bites around Calle Ocho, it was time for a meal, an authentic Cuban meal. From croquetas to sandwiches, fufu to rice and beans, here you will find all the delicious staples. We ordered mariquitas because these felt so nostalgic to me from years ago and our friends always ordering them and sadly they weren't as fresh as we would've liked and the mojo was straight up garlic (flavorless). Either way we loved our rice and beans and the sweet maduros we got. Our friends ordered sandwiches and they were HUGE (big enough to share). El Pub is a big staple of Calle Ocho but next time we'll probably try something else when we're not in a hurry. Definitely a quick place to get a sit down meal or sandwich, so if you're just casually dining or needed to be on the faster side, this place is pretty great for that. Mojito Monday, we will be back. DESSERT: leave. space. for. FLAN. That's all I'll“
“Karel Rodríguez our server was amazing - he made sure we understood what we wanted and took his time with us. The food is great I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re traveling through MIA I recommend stopping by for some pollo con arroz, it was great .“
“I am very surprised with the taste of the food, the portions, the ambience of the restaurant!!!! It's much better than a restaurant that has a lot of fame!! And I'm not going to say the name!!! The restaurant is very nice, I recommend it 100%!!!!“
“Overall good dinner. The service was kind, timely, and professional. The food was comforting and flavorful. A nice homecooked meal, and not as greasy as other cuban restaurants I have been to. My Pollo a la plancha was a little overcooked, and the flavor a bit tart. Also the mariquitas were stale, and the sauce did not help. Will be back for their daily specials, their fricasse de pollo was really good!Edit: there simple breakfast options are great! Cafecito was a little sweet, but the tres golpes was great! The plantain was not salty alllwing for the cheese, meat, and egg to really shine.“
“Best kept secret in allapattah(neighborhood next to wynwood). I found this place when I first moved into the wynwood area. It’s a little place with everything you need and the prices are the best in the area. The ladies who work here are all really nice and give you great service. The centro American breakfast is my favorite. The place isn’t much to look at but the food is good, the service is great, and the prices are unbeatable.“
“The food at this particular Sergio’s was bad. The white rice has been mixed with older rice. And I asked to get a different rice and it came out the same with raspa!! My husband asked for a milanesa steak without the ham and of course it came with the ham. Another couple in a booth had to be moved cause there was a roach by their booth. I personally will never go to Sergio’s in Doral food was not quality nor clean atmosphere. They can do better“
“I have always liked going to the place for years, the offer in terms of quality and variety is very good, the service and the atmosphere are also very good, make sure that the musical entertainment and birthday celebrations are not of an exaggerated volume, a good Cuban place to visit“
“Hello, recommended ? my son John made an invitation and we are very pleased, the service was very good, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was very familiar. On other occasions we visited for breakfast and were very pleased. Thank you for your attention ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Maruchi Restaurant boasts the warmest and most accommodating staff in Miami. Tucked away as a hidden gem, it's worth seeking out. The food arrives promptly and is of excellent quality.Their breakfast menu offers a well-balanced array of options. The cleanliness of the location is impeccable, with a dedication to hygiene evident even in individually sealed utensils. Overall, it's a must-visit spot for its welcoming atmosphere and serene ambiance.“
“(Translated by Google) The best ? that I have eaten, you have to try them, they are spectacular, if I could, I would give them 100 stars(Original)La mejor ? que me he comido ,tienen que probarlas están espectaculares si pudiera le diera 100 estrellas“
“Found this place when I was putting gas in my car by the Wawa around the corner & when I tell you that this restaurant is an absolute gem... located in a small plaza in the corner of the building by the stairs, I walked in here curious of what they were offering. Great thing is that all their food is fresh and ready to serve, they put it on a to-go plate so you can leave right away or eat-in. Honestly, I couldn't decide on what to get because everything looked so delicious, so I decided to go with white rice, shredded beef and fried plantains. I had to sit down and tear it up because I was hungry... so why not. All I'm going to say is that I had to order a second plate to-go for later today & decided to try something else out. If you are by the area or if it's close to you, this is a must go-to restaurant if you want to be full and satisfy all your hunger needs. This is a hidden gem for sure and those who have had it know what I'm talking about! This place smacks!!!“
“Very good Cuban Breakfast. Service is attentive & very friendly. If you’re a hungry eater, you will be highly satisfied with the portions.Restaurant is convenient, just east of 826 / Palmetto Expressway.Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff. Large portions can be split for two kids.“
“I went there reluctantly because i typically don't frequent food establishments located in a gas stations. This was a great hole in the wall. I had Vaca Frita that came with an amazing avocado salad. Everything was fresh & tasty. Have been back for a steak sandwich , also very good. Just a tip it gets very busy at lunchtime . The staff are sweet and quick“
“Just had a lunch there yesterday with my mother. The prices were reasonable. The food portions were good too. Great variety of food and quality was so fantastic. My mom had the Tostones and I had the Picadillo which was really good and so delicious. Super tasty food and very decent. The restaurant has amazing atmosphere, inside has nice decor. Plenty of tables and spacious too.“
“Please look for Katerin!!! She is all super star to make you feel truly appreciated and at home. She made my breakfast dinner first meal at 5pm the best one all week. Please check her out!! The manager is also super amazing (truly Puertorican hospitality)“
“We had amazing food here.By the looks of this restaurant from outside, we were reluctant to go in but we had incredible food here.Churrasco was cooked to perfection for all orders: medium and medium well.I usually don’t eat the rice but we all finished our rice and side beans.Tostones and fried yuka was freshly cooked and crispy. All 3 of us finished everything on our plates and it was well worth the calories. We also had fresh orange juice. My only regret is not to order the homemade dessert. The owner Alex is also the cook and his food is the best Cuban food I’ve had in Miami. I can’t wait to try other stuff in his menu.“
“No frills Cuban restaurant with walk up window for take out orders! Food was good portion inexpensive but a little bland which could probably of been corrected with salt and pepper but I got take out and forgot to ask for it! Mainly Spanish is spoken here with some broken EnglishParking is plentiful - lots of other Cuban Restaurants in this area! Would go again and just request more spices on my meal !Parking: In a strip mall easy parking!“
“One of the Best if not THE BEST in authentic Cuban Food. Family owned restaurant since the 80's serving Great tasting food with huge portions at a great price. From their signature churrasco steak to their home made desserts, Highly recommend this resturaunt serving Breakfast ,Lunch, and Dinner!!“
“My wife and I ordered a breakfast bowl, breakfast bagel and pan de Bono with guava. Wow, it was delicious and at a very reasonable price. The cafe con Leche was spot on and the service was friendly and inviting. We are definitely making this a regular Saturday brunch spot. Cheers!“
