I went with my family and if my wife liked it you know it is good because she can be somewhat picky...since she said she would go back...then it deserves 5 stars. Soup was good and fried fish was good as was the minute. Our server was Yuyu...very kind and can make recommendations“

“There was more service for the politician in the backroom then those of us in the main dining room. Also, why have papa rellenas on the restaurant menu when only available on the cafeteria side. You may have a good reputation but ALL customers matter and not only the politicians giving a press release.“

“We needed to grab a quick bite before heading to our hotel after a 10 hour drive and The Bored Cuban was around the corner from our hotel. We thought we were just getting some quick, basic food but it ended up being the best meal of our whole vacation!! We got two different flat breads and a Cuban sandwich and it was more than enough for our family of 4. Both flatbreads were phenomenal and anything but basic! The atmosphere was fun too.“

“Ball & Chain was one of the highlights of my Miami trip! I was on a tour and short on time, but our waitress Pamela took great care of us. She got our food out quickly, and she was so sweet, kind, and full of great energy the whole time.

As a vegetarian, I always struggle to find places with food that actually tastes good, but this place hit a bull’s eye. The veggie wrap was packed with flavor, and the fries tasted like real fresh potatoes! We finished with churros, and honestly, they might be the best churros I’ve ever had.

Everything was fresh, the service was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. A must!!!“

The male cashier took my order, asked if I wanted my bottled juice now or later with the meal, and I chose later... He told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I gave him 15... When I returned, he was away from the takeout window (food prepping I suppose as he had a bag of what looked like beef patties in hand)... The lady who came to the window spoke to me in Spanish then proceeded to hold (what seemed like) a five (5) minute conversation with each other... My food was finally ready, I left (parked on the south side), and it did not cause me to relive the great memories from years ago... Maybe next time...“
