We came when it originally opened and didn’t like. We gave it another chance today and loved it!
The Malanga tots were amazing!
Went here for the first time today and had Melissa as a server she was very attentive and great with the menu she recommended the lomo saltado and the Blondie for the dessert 😍 I was amazed by the food but would be coming back for her service!

Amelia's 1931 offers a quaint and romantic ambiance with top-notch service, creating a welcoming old-timey speakeasy vibe. The menu features a unique Cuban/Asian fusion, with delicious and different drinks. The short rib croquetas, Lomo Saltado, Pork belly, seafood ceviche, pulpo, and dumplings are all incredible. Both the coconut Oreo cheesecake and the apple fritter bread pudding were 10/10. The live jazz music creates a relaxing vibe, followed by old-school hip hop after 11, adding a fun touch. The server provided excellent recommendations, and the manager ensures a memorable experience. Though the wine selection could be improved and the seco de res needed a bit more salt, Amelia's 1931 provides a unique and enjoyable dining experience that is highly recommended. Perfect for date nights or a pregame at the bar, this lil diamond in the rough is a must-visit in Kendall.
