Sanguich, located on Calle Ocho in Little Havana, offers some of the best Cubanas in all of Miami. The food is authentic and packed with flavour, providing the best value lunch option. The Cuban bread is a marvel - crispy on the bite, yet light enough to let the meat and cheese do the talking. The Classic Cubano features meat that is very moist and dense with packed protein flavor and extra spices, plus crunchy bits. The pork cracklings are excellent and some of the best homemade ones. Pickles are homemade, and croquettes are more meaty than normal. The cortadito is to die for. While the experience can be amazing with phenomenal service, the waiting time could improve if the staff is more energetic and proactive, as they can be very relaxed. The restaurant cures their own meats in house. Overall, the sandwich is quite good and heavy, so a nap afterwards might be needed.
