“I am always at this place either buying coffee, croquetas, pan con lechón, or just having lunch in general. I can attest to the quality and authenticity of their food and service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a mixture of old and modern Cuban. They have plenty of seats as well as bar seating for a more casual time. I will say it definitely gets packed during the weekend but it is worth the wait.

Their staff is phenomenal. Everyone is kind, attentive, and ready to serve. Their kitchen is fast and the owners are always around and love talking to the customers.

Last, but certainly not least is the food! Their croquetas are stellar, absolutely love them. The coffee is super tasty and so are the Cuban sandwiches, burgers, and platters. Really can’t go wrong with anything.

Having this spot in the neighborhood is truly a pleasure and I hope more people find out how amazing they are.

You are sitting on a gold mine but you REALLY REALLY need more cashiers and more help behind the counter. I was just there to pickup last minute party platters. There was a line. Lots of tourists and locals But service was super slow. People were walking out. People were waiting to pay. There was even a customer he came to pickup a huge sheet cake and the bakery had no box. The guy had to take it to Ft. Lauderdale without a box? Are you guys serious? How do you guys not have a box for such a huge cake order? Their music on a Sunday afternoon was 70s through 2000s hits that made us gently boogy in our chairs. The restaurant was a little more than half full and a little loud, but holding a conversation wasn't a challenge.

The part you're waiting for... the food. The food was everything to write home about. The grilled octopus with chimichurri potatoes was grilled to perfection and so flavorful. Hiding below it was some hot sauce I'll pass on next time, but I know most would appreciate it. The churrasco (mp=$38) with sweet potato mash was equally delicious. The portion was a little smaller but enough to be filling. It also came with asparagus, and we ordered a side of the parmesan risotto. The risotto was creamy and cheesy but not overbearing. The food really is a 10/10. I had the watermelon juice, but it was underwhelming. I would recommend everything else, though.“
