“The pastries here are absolutely delicious! Perfectly flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The guava and cheese pastry is my favorite—it’s sweet, buttery, and melts in your mouth. Great service from Barbara and rest of the stuff very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit if you love Cuban pastries!“

“Incredible experience at Café La Trova. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Libations were perfectly crafted and delicious. “Great spot and the food was really good! The only thing I didn’t like was the service. After our server brought out the food, we didn’t see him again. We eventually had to ask another waiter to let him know that we were finished.
He never came back to check on us, ask how the food was, or see if we needed anything else. I actually wanted to order a few more things from the menu, but since our waiter never came back, I didn’t get the chance.
Overall, the food was good, but the service could definitely be improved.“

“There is a reason this establishment is a destination. If you are in Miami, this is a must to enjoy. From coffee to dessert, your palate deserves this experience.
Update 1/2026: I brought friends this time. They absolutely loved it. The crème brûlée is a must. Food was phenomenal and walked the complete location. The pastries look amazing and had coffee at the coffee bar. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. Highly recommended.“

“We needed to grab a quick bite before heading to our hotel after a 10 hour drive and The Bored Cuban was around the corner from our hotel. We thought we were just getting some quick, basic food but it ended up being the best meal of our whole vacation!! We got two different flat breads and a Cuban sandwich and it was more than enough for our family of 4. Both flatbreads were phenomenal and anything but basic! The atmosphere was fun too.“

“I had a wonderful time at Calle Dragones this past Sunday! The energy and atmosphere are fantastic. Frank Tenor and The Trio are amazing musician who set a great mood for the day. “I haven't had a Cuban Bistec sandwich for many years and decided to give this Little Haiti addition a try... The male cashier took my order, asked if I wanted my bottled juice now or later with the meal, and I chose later... He told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I gave him 15... When I returned, he was away from the takeout window (food prepping I suppose as he had a bag of what looked like beef patties in hand)... The lady who came to the window spoke to me in Spanish then proceeded to hold (what seemed like) a five (5) minute conversation with each other... My food was finally ready, I left (parked on the south side), and it did not cause me to relive the great memories from years ago... Maybe next time...“
