“Love at first bite! Louie’s version of the pan con bistec is excellent. The empanadas are on point. The smash burger is quite possibly the best in Miami. Truffle fries are a must. John the bartender is that cousin from New York you didn’t know you had! This spot is a Must-go no need to dress up but do come hungry !“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Havana Vieja in South Beach, Miami, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we sat down, we were treated to a delightful starter of fried plantains that were bursting with flavor. The crispy texture and savory taste set the tone for the rest of our meal. Speaking of the main courses, the lechon asado and empanadas were nothing short of spectacular. The lechon asado was tender, juicy, and full of rich flavors that had me savoring every bite. The empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside, while the fillings were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. It was evident that the kitchen takes great care in preparing each dish to perfection. On top of the fantastic food, our server, Pedro, deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. “Cuban dinner on South beach, along Ocean Drive with tables overlooking the sea. Very pleasant location, with pleasant and not excessive background music. Excellent food! Highly recommended shrimp and chicken tacos. Prices in line with the rest of South Beach. Jessica served us, very kind, very professional and friendly, she even offered us a shot of the house at the end of the meal. Very positive experience“

“This little hole in the wall restaurant. Is a staple of this area in North end of Miami beachbin theb71st street area! Food is has been great since I was a child ! I've been eating this food since I could remember! It has changed owners but they have stayed true to the food for the community . 5 stars from me the service is great the ladies that work the bar make you feel at home ! Always smiling & greeting as you go into and leave the place ! I love this place I'll suggest this place to anyone curious on trying some good cuban food at not souch a high price either very reasonable. “Amazing everything overall! My friend and I were treated so well! Jacinta treated us like we were guests in her home. She made delicious recommendations and it was clear she makes her food with love, passion and humble pride. Truly a special blessing to have found this hidden gem. She went above and beyond to make a special request smoothie for my friend and I, giving us the extra smoothie leftover. So hospitable and personable. 11/10 must try!“

“Everything fabulous: the staff was friendly and fast, our cortaditos (esspresso and steamed milk) and guava and cheese pastries were delicious, and the Cuban music had staff and patrons shimmying even at 8am in the morning! The decor is adorable and the prices were very reasonable. I always research coffee houses before any trip, and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of competition in this area of South Beach. So I think we’ll just make this our go-to for the rest of our visit!“

“My family and I stopped at Arlene’s before heading back home. And we were happy first about the pricing and view. Arlene’s was very well priced compared to neighboring restaurants. At walk in we were greeted, the atmosphere was light and airy perfect for the beach. We didn’t quite like our initial servers attitude (pink shirt slim frame) but everyone else was pleasant. Food: we had pancakes, chicken sandwich, veggie omelette 2 berry smoothies and a green lovers drink. All entrees were very well prepared. The smoothies were natural and fresh(they used fresh fruit)
For 3 people we spent 64$ we left full and happy.

“While on vacation, my whole family wanted to sleep in. Since I am an early person, I went out to find coffee. I stumbled across this restaurant by my hotel and ordered a hot breakfast. I visited every morning for a week. On the 2nd day that I visited, there were a couple old regulars offered me a shot of coffee. Ever since then, I was hooked. It is now one of my favorite things to order in Miami! All the staff and people in the restaurant were all friendly.“

“Came for empanadas which were amazing. We initially said no to the sauce but the guy at the counter encouraged us to try it. It was super good and complemented the empanadas really well! We stopped only for a quick bite late in the night. If you’re looking to sit outside and have a nice meal, this is probably not the place for you. The street outside is busy and there is a bus stop nearby. Also expect a service charge to be included wherever you go in Miami Beach. This place is no exception. I don’t like it either, but I’ve learned that that’s Miami. Nonetheless, empanadas were warm and delicious! Good for a quick bite/takeaway!“

Cuban sandwiches were authentic and full of flavor. Ceviche and Yuca Fries completed our lunch. All great! Definitely recommend!“
