If all tables were full, I understand. However, we were the only occupants of several empty tables in our section. In fact, most of the tables inside were empty that evening, which begs the question, why turn paying customers away early when there are plenty of open tables? Maybe she was just having a bad day. I was very impressed with a follow up e-mail thanking us for our visit.“

Superb! Also, love their lemonade and mango shake. Breakfast is also great. Will be coming back here every time!“

I visited The Nautilus caban pool last weekend and was blown away by the incredible atmosphere, top-notch service, and fantastic DJ music. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest had everything they needed. Whether it was refreshing drinks, comfortable loungers, or quick towel service, the team went above and beyond to ensure a perfect day by the pool.

“Just had an amazing night out at Serena Rooftop. The place has a killer rooftop setting that really shows off what South Beach is all about. The Mexican food here is top-notch, especially the oysters and tuna tartare. Drinks were great with a solid selection of cocktails. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
