“We loved our lunch here while we were visiting Miami! We had veggie tacos and Fish tacos and both were delicious! Our waiter Rosita was especially kind! We wanted to move to a different table after placing order and Rosita helped us without any issues :)“
“Good service. However, the outside area is too crowded. In my opinion the tables are too close together. The main thing is that as many guests as possible can be served. This reduces the quality of dinner. Pasta with cheese cream sauce is not recommended. Very bland.“
“If you’re going to get Cuban food in Miami, this is where you need to go. Not only does the food absolutely slap (and there are a lot more vegetarian options than other Cuban places) but our server Manny made us feel like we were old friends; he gave us his honest opinions, great recommendations, and we’ve even got some new inside jokes.Vegetarian options: Tostones. Love!!“
“They have a very complete American breakfast buffet, with excellent service. Luis is very kind.It is very well located on Ocean Dr in front of the famous clock where you like to take photos. The atmosphere at night is very good and the music is the best.Highly recommended“
“Didn't even know it was there, just happened to walk by and decided to pop in - what an unexpected delight! The food was excellent (the ropa vieja empanadas were meaty and filling), and the happy hour prices are unbeatable. Our server was incredibly friendly, really enjoyed just chatting with him. The decor really captures both modern outside and "Old Florida" inside, with plenty of patio doors, giving it an airy indoor-outdoor flow.Apparently there's live music on Fridays from 5:00/6:00-7:00/8:00, so we'll definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide hallways, very even surfaces.“
“Super good service in this restaurant. They invited me to a birthday shot and the waiters who served me (Tina and Yail) were very nice and super attentive all the time. The food here is very delicious and the place is very beautiful. I highly recommend it!“
“Honestly, we've been told food in this area is very overpriced and not always reaching the quality level. But let me tell you...This place is a huge gem. Amazing amazing food! We saw they tood their time to get us the best place to be seated and we left the place with a huge smile. If I ever go back to Miami Beach, this will be a must go place.I highly recommend it!Kid-friendliness: My kids love calamari here... My daughter told me it is the most delicious restaurant she have tried ever! Just saying....“
“We ate dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Marsala. The burger my son in law ordered was huge! I intended to watch him attempt to eat it, but after my first bite, all my attention was on my own meal. Generous portions and Igor was the sweetest host. I would 100% eat there again-and will, when we visit Miami Beach again. My only concern is that the restaurant is a bit hard to find. It’s inside a hotel, and there’s no sign directing you to the location. A place such as this needs exposure! Thanks so much, Igor, and good luck to you and your partners.“
“Walking the Miami south beach area looked up playa ...on yelp GB PS sent me down the street...had to check out...stop by while taco hoping..order the 3 tacos with meat and a corona beer shared with wife was very tasty and service was very polite and courteous . Their breakfast menu looks good I want to try..if I get a chance when I am in Miami...and the price is right for area“
“We found this place, and we are so glad we did. The service was friendly and professional. Our waiter was very good at recommending dishes and helping with any questions we had regarding the menu. The starters, mains, and dessert were all delicious and beautifully presented.“
“Loved the Matador. The food and drinks were excellent, service was attentive and friendly, and the vibes are great. We had a pea guacamole, which was flavorful and fresh. Good combination of flavors and came with a generous portion of tortilla chips. The octopus appetizer was truly exceptional — and my octopus standards are particularly high, if I may say so myself. Full of flavor, soft, and yet cooked through and not slimy at all. Loved that dish. The snapper entree was also fantastic — fresh, very tasty, cooked to perfection, and a good portion.Lastly the coconut tres leches dessert was so great we ordered it again through room service a couple of nights later.Great place!“
“This place was excellent and as delicious as the food I had in Lima. There was a review from someone who ate here “for real food that was actually healthy” and was “disappointed”, to which I saw she didn’t order much healthy from the menu (fried fish instead of ceviche lol?). Do not come here for healthy food. Come here to taste authentic Peruvian food with incredible flavors, helpful staff, and a casual atmosphere. The food may take a while to come out, but it’s worth the wait!I recommend the lomo saltado and ceviche trị-color in a variety of seafood mix. Would definitely return!“
“We had such a blast staying at this hotel. The bartenders/servers were fun and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. The check-in clerk was phenomenal. We felt like the service here made our stay and helped us feel so welcome. Thank you for making our Miami stay such a wonderful experience!“
“Very good coffee, very good food, very good pastries and an excellent place to come and enjoy a moment. Everything we tried was delicious, they use very fresh and good quality ingredients. We loved the coffee and the place was quite cozy. The guys who serve are very friendly and explain the drinks very well. Recommended, we will return.Parking: Being a residential area, it will be difficult to find a space, since the last two streets of the building are restricted parking. But it's worth the walk a bit. I don't know if the building has parking for customers.“
“Went here to take a quick stop to take the weight off my fee have something to snack on. Had some type of Cuban bread and was fascinated at How fresh, warm and chewy the slices were. If I had more money to spare, I would’ve definitely stayed and got some meals and drinks. I’ll definitely be back next time I go to Miami Beach.“
“Over all we like this place. Met “ some “ friendly staff. Some of the waitresses by the pool seemed a bit rude. One pool guy was amazing for us with towels and helping us. Also having a nice chat. Sadly can’t remember his name. Great location, and would come again.“
“Food: excellent! I have a gluten intolerance so sometimes it's hard to find a good dish on the menu but this was awesome. I got the egg white frittata: Gluten free, flavorful, packed with protein. I ate breakfast there and it was well worth the wait.Service: painfully slow. They were very nice but ignored our party of three for what felt like forever. It may have been a misunderstanding as at some point they came up and asked us if the rest of our party was coming (there were two other seats at the table). But they were still slow still after that so who knows.Ambiance: pretty nice feeling inside, clean, plenty of space and a little more elevated and coastal feeling. Wasn't too much noise even when busy. I'm not sure they are open for lunch so, be aware of that. And FYI it's located inside the Miami Beach Loews hotel.“
“My brother-in-law is a chef and he wanted to try this place out. We wanted the Cuban experience and taste that traditions. Food did not let down... it was superb. Service and atmosphere is everything you expect from a Cuban Havana vibe. My family ordered the Cubano sandwich and calamari. Fry's game with a nice Chipotle sauce and the cubanos came with perfectly toasted bread. Service was great, we couldn't have a asked for a better downtown Miami Cuban experience. Gisela was our server!“
