My wife’s best friend recommended this place and we are so happy we listened to her. The mofongo was great and the grilled chicken was flavorful and juicy. “Stopped in for lunch this past week and placed a take out order for the pulled beef plate and a couple Argentinian arepas. I didn't catch it in time, but I had ordered one beef and one chicken arepa, but what was provided were two chicken. Overall still good and not a huge issue. The pulled beef plate came with soup and some black beans and rice. The meal had really nice flavors and the portion was plenty for sharing--especially since we'd gotten the two arepas too. We got a feel for the ambiance while we waited, and it feels light and airy with bright colors. Not a ton of seating (which is why we elected to do takeout), but for small groups this would be a nice spot to come grab a coffee, sandwich and do a little work. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would probably come back again.“

I usually order the Luka Bites, which include chicharron, empanadas, tequeños, and arepitas; everything is great. I also pair that with a passion fruit juice. They are also great when you want to take something to the office; they have different sharing boards. This is how I discovered this place: someone in the office brought a sharing board, and I instantly fell in love. The place is great for catching up with friends over coffee. “As someone who loves a good food happy hour menu .... This place is LEGIT, but arrive before 5:30 so you can get a mix of the happy hour and regular dinner menus. Order all the happy hour tapas your heart desires. The clams casino were so good I ended up ordering 3 dishes of them for the table. We also had duck tacos, fried calamari, a dozen chef selected oysters and lamb meatballs. Everything was fiiire as someone who doesn't normally eat oysters the Kusshi oysters were flavorful. For dinner we ordered mushroom grouper (highly recommend bc it's not something you see everywhere) and the Thai snapper entree which is ALSO highly recommended. From the regular happy hour menu the baked oysters with chorizo were bangin. Things to stay away from are the happy hour cosmo drink and conch chowder (tasted diet to me but my wife loved it). I recommend parking at the public parking garage attached. There's a $10 flat rate parking fee which is good for Brickell and convenient. Enjoy!! 9.8 out of 10“

I understand if it is a large party, but I was solo. I don't believe it is fair to force me to pay extra. It is supposed to be earned.I normally tip more than 18-20%. Because they automatically added it, I did not give any extra. The waitress lost out on a better tip. I assume this is a corporate thing because of foreign tourism where tipping is not normal.“
