“I stopped by my favorite chicken chain for a family lunch to go. As opposed to using the drive thru, which seemed a mile long. I stopped inside. No, wait to place my order, but you can see they were working hard behind the counter. Stopped in the restroom, which could have used some cleaning, but it was the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean. The interior of this location is massive. Definitely could use a self-serve sauce bar. When my order was up, I asked for pineapple rum sauce and cilantro garlic sauce. I was given 3 rum sauces and told they have to get the cilantro sauce. I asked for more and maybe I should have been louder but we were both distracted by another employee speaking to us both saying there is no cilantro sauce because she didn't have time to get it from the back. I said I was fine with waiting, but she refused to get it. This, and the fact that all of them only spoke spanish is the reason for the 3 star on service. If I had my wife order, they wouldn't have understood her. Someone came to the counter to ask for plates, and I had to translate it for them. Maybe if you're a front counter employee, you should know some English? This is on the managers, not the employees. No music playing and such a large space is the reason for a 3 star atmosphere.“

It is where he comes with his family for birthdays!Definitely the vibe I was searching for.The entire staff seemed pleased and happy during my visit.Stefani did an amazing job at service!I wanted to try as many things as possible, so I ordered the “parrilla mixta” and everything was wonderful! “Hoy fue mi primera vez visitando Francisca y puedo decir que la comida deliciosa y el servicio excelente de las meseras, sin embargo quiero destacar de que la manager o persona encargada en ese momento nos hizo pasar un mal momento tanto a nosotros los clientes como a los mismos empleados llamándoles la atención a algunos empleados en frente de todos nosotros lo cual me pareció de mal gusto y falta de respeto. Las empleadas que fueron regañadas se acercaron con mucha pena a pedir disculpas, sin embargo la manager nunca tuvo a delicadeza de venir a disculparse cuando fue ella la responsable del mal rato. Un sitio muy bonito con buen ambiente y buena comida pero muy triste que tengan ese tipo de trato con los empleados, un ambiente de trabajo feliz lo crea una buena gerencia“
