This was one the top 5 best meals and hospitality experiences of my life. Just for comparison, the others on my list are Le Bernardin, Benu, EMP, and Geranium.
Fabulous restaurant with great tasting food and wonderful service. Only complaint is that Elcielo doesn't allow you take home any food you don't finish. I know that Elcielo is a Michelin starred restaurant and can get away enforcing this policy but I've never had a worse feeling at a restaurant than when my request to take my unfinished portion home was denied.
