Bolívar Colombian restaurant bar lounge represents Colombian cuisine in a elegant way and the best Caribbean style. The Colombian food is the best, with fresh, delicious dishes from all over Latin America. The 6-piece shots of Ceviche was incredible with amazing flavors at an affordable price. Highly recommend the sampler platter to share "Picadera". The drinks are amazing, best red sangria and the blackberry mojito was perfect. The service, lead by the owner, makes it welcoming and friendly. The staff and the girl in white were very beautiful and attentive. The atmosphere with the music invites you to enjoy the spectacular nights in South Beach. There is live music on the weekends. Stop by for a great experience with amazing music, friendly staff, and dancers interactive with the customers.
