Beautiful atmosphere and a great overall experience. I really enjoyed the conch ceviche, it was fresh and full of flavor. Stephanie behind the bar was very attentive and gave great drink and food recommendations. Definitely a spot I would come back to!
Food was awesome. Rock shrimp, snapper ceviche and lobster were fantastic. One of the better meals we’ve had in Miami. Low key vibe, not trying to be a club, food just shines. Highly recommend.
Delicious dinner! Lucas guided us to grilled bass with spinach and a wonderful key lime dessert. ❤️

Pauline is a beautiful, stylish, and uniquely decorated new restaurant with a calm, quiet, and warm atmosphere. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The food is phenomenal, amazing, fab, delicious, incredible, and impressive, with unique and flavorful dishes that feel like literal art on a plate. Standout dishes include the zucchini blossoms, corn small plates, marinated scallops, charcoal-roasted hearts of palm, Manzanilla stuffed chicken, lobster sancocho, and the dramatically presented Coco Flameante. The menu is very well done.
The staff is awesome, very friendly, helpful, attentive, kind, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful. They take great care of guests, including those with dietary allergies or vegan preferences, ensuring everyone feels taken care of. The cocktails also have their own special place. The whole experience is a standout, with great energy, making it a must-try and a highly recommended favorite.
