“Tried this place on a whim as it popped up on a Google search. and it had Colombian food. And boy is did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Makes me wish the had a location in Port Orange or Daytona Beach. I could speak this places praises all day long.“

“Loved the Matador. The food and drinks were excellent, service was attentive and friendly, and the vibes are great.We had a pea guacamole, which was flavorful and fresh. Good combination of flavors and came with a generous portion of tortilla chips.The octopus appetizer was truly exceptional — and my octopus standards are particularly high, if I may say so myself. Full of flavor, soft, and yet cooked through and not slimy at all. Loved that dish.The snapper entree was also fantastic — fresh, very tasty, cooked to perfection, and a good portion.Lastly the coconut tres leches dessert was so great we ordered it again through room service a couple of nights later.Great place!“
