Citadel Grill & Seafood Restaurant is a Haitian food truck in North Miami. The menu includes tassot turkey, a side of pasta, tacos, steak tacos, griot and spicy coleslaw, ribs, veggies, and Mac n cheese, which is really penne & cheese. The plantains are smashed and fried, somewhat thin crisps. Meals also come with rice and salad. The ingredients are fresh, the portion sizes are good, and the service is fast. The ribs have so much meat, and one rack is suggested for two people. Some dishes rotate and are available at different times of the day, so it is a good idea to check first with the owner. Bring cash tip. The area is NE 135th and is pretty safe.
