The opinions shared is based off of my personal experience. The food at Cayard is pretty good. The cakes are great as well. Staff is friendly and nice BUT I stop going to this restaurant because the wait time for food is RIDICULOUS. This is not a one time visit multiple visits and its usually simple meals like chicken or greo. I went inside the restaurant place order, paid and waited. Food is Amazing but as other reviews stated... the wait game is unavoidable but it has gotten way better. Yet, anything to satisfy your taste buds. And they get you right, affordable price and great quantity unlike every other place! Yep! I'll wait.

I’ve been coming here for well over 6 years, recently my issues with “that just how Haitian businesses run” is just becoming unbearable. I specifically come here for Pate and it’s always an issue. I come when they open- it’s not ready, I come back in an hour it’s finished. I wait in the restaurant- the oil isn’t heated, I wait in the restaurant- no one know when it will be ready.I’ll drive to the other side of town at this point.
